Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Trinidad, Washington

My sister and I took a week trip to DC for a music festival. We absolutely loved being guests here! It’s a nice cozy apartment with everything you need. They provide the listed amenities and more, with amazing organization and labels! It’s a great spot to catch several bus routes and the nearest metro is a 12-15 min walk away. It was indeed the perfect spot to stay at if you plan to travel around the dmv area. Leo and Diana are very attentive to messages, responding quickly, and will check up on you! Thank you for being such amazing hosts, and if anyone is making a fun trip to DC for any occasion, I highly recommend to stay here!

Jennifer was a fantastic host, very accommodating and communicative. The location was perfect with a private door in an open, well lit ally and centrally located for our needs!

Pia Susanna's place was PERFECT. It was close to everything I needed yet quiet and comfortable so that I was able to do what I came to do with focus! The place was comfortable and warm (engaging). Frankly, enjoying the surroundings made me smile...it was so pleasantly decorated and delightful. Pia Susanna was a great host, too -- fabulous hospitality, easy to communicate with, and very responsive. Five stars out of five. I'd stay there again if it was available when I was visiting DC!

This apartment was gorgeous! It had everything we needed for a weekend in DC. The location was a great spot, I loved being able to walk to Union Market and the Metro. The rooftop was a great bonus. Definitely would stay here again!

We stayed here for a weekend for an event at the RFK fields. It was amazing. We were a 10 minute walk to there. It was wonderful. The place was perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed! We will be back!

I stayed at Melis's basement apartment for a week while doing some work at the Folger Library. It was perfect, and just as described. Melis's apartment was spotless, had everything I needed, and Melis was a great host. She was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The area towards Capitol Hill is delightful - green, leafy and very walkable. There is easy public transport to Union Station from the H Street Streetcar, buses also nearby, or just walk! It's only 30 minutes to Capitol Hill, or 20 minutes to Eastern Market. There are good supermarkets and restaurants within 5-10 minute walk of the apartment. The facilities in the apartment are just as described and it was great to be able to cook while I was there, as well as enjoy DC's great restaurants. Highly recomend!

Katie and Matthias were wonderful hosts. They were flexible about check in and its obvious they spent a lot of time curating local recommendations. They're extremely responsive and the listing definitely met our expectations. We actually had to book this place semi-last minute due to a cancelation, and are so happy we ended up in this location. There's a food hall thats about 10 minutes walking distance and the area is peaceful. The wine that Katie and Matthias left was a wonderful gesture, I'd definitely recommend staying here. Do read the description that shares that the hosts occupy the space above. If you're a light sleeper this may bother you, but otherwise no major complaints for us. The kitchen is perfect for longer stays and have an in-unit washer/dryer was perfect.

Really enjoyable and well-priced stay in DC, in easy reach by car, tram or metro to the centre and all the major sights. Everything we needed was provided and the place was clean and comfortable.

Jennifer was awesome and her place was great. Convenient access to the free streetcar which gave us a jumping off point for all the other great stuff in DC. Would definitely stay again! Jennifer was friendly, helpful and super responsive. Could not find a better hostess anywhere.

This place was great, even better than the photos. There was ample parking on the street if you are driving and although the curtains in the living room are slightly sheer like other people mentioned, there isn’t apartments directly across so you don’t feel like anyone is watching you. It was quite peaceful and safe. The place was very clean, perfect for a couple or a solo person. There’s a washer n dryer and full kitchen so all your basic needs can be met. The tv is smart and has all platforms but you need your own log in info. 3 minutes east (driving) is union market with shops bars food and party events. And a few blocks west (walking) are a few local bars with food and outdoor activity space with like mini golf. You are also 10-15 min drive from downtown which is great. The only issue I had was upon arrival with the front door, but I was helped promptly. And the living room couch is not uncomfortable but the back is stiff so you can’t really lounge you have to sit upright.

It's a beautiful space. I had a lot of fun and it's very clean.

I simply cannot say enough about Kathryn’s wonderful (and it is charming) place in DC (in the nice Brookland neighborhood). Kathryn’s place was a) spotless; b) comfortable; c) bed (so) comfortable; d) filled w/ signs that she cares about hosting and cares about making her guests stay at home. So well appointed! AC worked like a charm (I was there in the summer). The neighborhood is safe, her place is dramatically close (one block away) to the DC Metro (meaning: from her place you can easily go everywhere). I had gone to her neighborhood to make a pilgrimage to see the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception (which you can see from her block). The pilgrimage to the National Shrine (on the Catholic U. campus) was very meaningful, as a Catholic. And I felt so much at home in Kathryn’s wonderful place. When I’m fortunate enough to be back in DC, I hope to stay there again! Highly recommended!

Great stay, the place was very clean, well organised and had all the amenities we needed. Medy was a great communicator and made us feel welcome.

Great host and space. The house was very responsive and even let me put my bag in early while the place was still being cleaned. Will note that you can definitely hear people walking upstairs but it's not to bad at night.

Willie's place was just as pictured- super clean and free of clutter living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We had an issue getting into the unit initially (code was not working) but I called Willie and he IMMEDIATELY answered and the issue was resolved in seconds. Location is great, could walk or an easy Uber/Lyft into the city or around the area. Also downtown Arlington has lots of cute shops. Less than 10 minute drive to the airport too! The only negative is that this is a four unit shared "house" and the stairs to get up to the unit, along with being on the top floor (old squeaky floors) it is very difficult to be quiet during the after hours (even with just walking in and getting ready for bed). Other than that, the stay was perfect and just as described! Thank you Willie!

Hosts were very helpful and very responsive when I had questions. The place was exactly as described. We were able to walk to our destination easily. The house was very neat and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

Stayed at George’s place for our family trip to DC. It was exactly what we needed for our family of 6. Easy walk to Safeway and Metro. House was very clean and set up well. If you happen to forgot to pack something there’s a very good chance George has it in the home for you. We had a great stay.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!
