הבית של אלני זה בעצם הקומה העליונה של הבית. אלני גרה למטה, היא אישה מקסימה, חביבה, נדיבה, שדאגה לנו להכל, פינקה את הילדים בשוקולד ואותנו במנה שבדיוק בישלה במטבח. אהבנו אותה מאוד. הבית היא נקי מאוד ואפילו שהגיעו נמלים לבקר אלני טיפלה מיד וזה לא הפריע לנו להינות מהמקום המקסים הזה. לבית ירידה עם גישה לים, או לאזור עמוק עם סולם או לחוף קטן וחמוד.. נהננו מאוד משניהם. בבוקר הים רגוע ויפה ואפשר לראות צבי ים שמתגוררים שם תמיד. בכפר הקרוב אין יותר מידי והעיר הקרובה במרחק 13 דקות.. היה לנו 4 לילות כיפיים מאוד ונשמח לחזור שוב.

Had the most amazing holiday here. Very restful with beautiful views from the balcony. Peace and quiet with just a couple of local bar/cafes and a well stocked supermarket. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Effie was almost instant with her responding usually within ten minutes when we contacted her. She arranged our airport transfers and water taxi (as we arrived late. She was so kind and unbelievably helpful. We would love to revisit . Thank you so much Effie Vivien Lili-Rosa and Sandra

We were a group of five people travelling to visit Greek family in the area for Easter holiday. We stayed five days in this beautiful and convenient house. We enjoyed everything so much! The house is relatively new and the standard is high. All rooms have airconditions (/heating) and the house has everything you would need; three bedrooms (two with double beds, and one with two single beds), two bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room. The location is excellent, with sea view and with a three-five walking distance to cafés and restaurants in Menidi. The house was very clean, and check-in and check-out was easy; the owner's daughter met us to show us the house and give us the keys. Thank you so much ! We would definitely rent again next time we will visit our family.

Υπέροχη διαμονή και εξαιρετική οικοδεσποτρια! Η εμπειρία μας σε αυτό το Airbnb ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε για τη διαμονή μας. Ωστόσο, το μεγαλύτερο ατού της διαμονής μας ήταν η οικοδεσποτρια. Από τη μην πρώτη στιγμή, ήταν απίστευτα φιλική, ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Μας υποδέχτηκε με ένα ζεστό χαμόγελο, ήταν διαθέσιμη για οποιαδήποτε απορία και μας έκανε πραγματικά να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας!

We booked Chris's place for our family of 6 for 4 nights. Not all of them arrived on the same day, but Chris was super flexible making a new price quote according to the amount of people each night. And we had a blast! The place was super easy to find, squeaky clean, on a great location with an amazing unobstructed view of the gulf of Amfilochia. The apartment is occupying 2 floors, interconnected and with a great layout arrangement. It's spacious and seems to be able to host more than 6 guests if you count the huge couches in the living room. Both floors have access to balconies and are great for a relaxing morning or afternoon coffee. Kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need for your whole stay. The large bathroom on the ground floor is really complimenting and helpful to the 2 bedrooms and the separate W.C. on the first floor gives a lot of privacy to the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom. In case we didn't make it clear, we really recommend this place! :)

A piece of paradise on earth. Truly sublime. The house is located on the Ionian coast. The views offer serene beauty, with mountains and islands painting a breathtaking backdrop across the bay. The garden is well-maintained and has many terraces and places to repose or enjoy. The private beach offers a secluded space to swim. The house is tastefully decorated, and well well-equiped. Kitchen and living room offer all modern comfort and appliances. The design is equilibrious, adding to the peacefull radiance of the house. The bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. The bathroom is fully functional. The house has AC. The owner is friendly, flexible and helpfull, providing tailored recommendations . The region is beautiful, offering a broad combination of history, nature, culinary treats, sports,... Palairos is close (2 kms by car), and has a variety of shops/bars/restaurants/... . We hope to find ourselves back here, creating wonderful memories, in not too distant a future.

Georges place is a great place to stay to explore the area! It’s a newly built house with great design and all the amenities you would want. We visited in winter and the fireplace heated the whole house pretty quick. There are good restaurants within 2km driving distance and the surroundings of the house were so peaceful. Communication with George was easy and instant, we definitely recommend staying!

Spiros and Foteini are great hosts. They were available for support at all times. Spiros was really helpful and welcome us on the island and guided us around. Due to the lack of A/C the house is really hot, so when we asked for an extra fan, Spiros sent us one right the next day! He was always there to help even in the night when we needed help! Pros: The house is really beautiful and the landscape amazing. The fact that you can take the car and/or bike to move around. The nature is thriving and you can smell the forest in the air. The house has many plants around creating a nice atmosphere! The hosts are really kind and supportive! Cons: the house is under the sun constantly making it really hot, in absence of wind! To sleep the shades have to be open to allow some breeze in, allowing also the sun and the noise from neighbors. The car is needed to move around so the price is increased. If there was A/C and the car included I would give 5/5 on the price. I strongly suggest the house!
