An attic in the heart of Riva Free parking

Recently renovated, it is a short walk from the sea. The 70-square-meter attic is located on the 5th floor (the elevator goes up to the 4th floor) and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child (cot on request). It consists of two double attic bedrooms, a living room with a 55" smart TV, a leather sofa with a chaise longue, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a window/skylight. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, including a kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine.

The house is located in the center of Riva, a few meters from the pharmacy, bank, post office, grocery stores, restaurants and bars.
