Holiday rentals with a patio in Trévignin

Accommodation is very nice environment, very welcoming and friendly hosts. We had a great time in Avignon!

Great welcome with very pleasant surprises in the fridge. Coffee was also planned for the next day and even more. The accommodation was perfectly clean and really located 2 minutes from the lake. You don't feel cramped, there is everything you need. I must note the calm around the studio, no car noise or anything. Before we arrived, we received a lot of great recommendations. Super responsive host and tries to answer your questions by providing real help. The studio is easy to access (even without a car) and there is a convenience store, a bakery, a pizzeria, a wine bar, a pharmacy and small restaurants nearby. Veyrier is a very beautiful place. I can only recommend this address and I will come back without hesitation!

An enchanting place to stay - would love to stay longer next time.

Everything is perfect. very quiet, breathtaking view. Impeccable cleanliness and nothing is lacking. The only problem is that at some point, we have to leave this haven of peace!

A beautiful two bedroom apartment in a historical Villa surrounded by a French style garden which we absolutely loved! We were welcomed by Damien and felt right at home in the flat. We loved big windows, lots of light, and attention to detail that Damien demonstrated by decorating a Christmas tree for us and preparing a welcome gift - some candies. The bathroom in the main bedroom is spacious and beautifully designed. We especially loved the combination of traditional elements and modernity, such as electric stove that looked like a traditional 19th century one. A fireplace is another great feature. It makes you feel like being in a French chateau. All in all, a great stay in a great place with kind and welcoming host. We can highly recommend the flat and Damien!

Great welcoming host - helpful and friendly. Fab studio which is all fairly new and modern with everything you need. The garden is fantastic with great views across the lake - great location too. We travelled with dog and they put up with him hassling their cat! Glad we found this gem.

we stayed 3 weeks at the appartment and had a fantastic time. It was perfect for us, having 3 bedrooms including one with a desk with good wifi (for a bit of working). Life was easy with free easy parking, and a place for bikes in the basement. The appartment was very homey and convenient. The beds were good, the view on the balcony was peaceful. Lots of storage in built-in cupboards. The location was perfect: 15 min walk to the lake beach, 10 min bike to the old town via the lake, near the mountains, and right in front are all the shops for food (meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, bread, pharmacy), plus a market once a week ! The host was very friendly and very responsive. The only thing to note is that the walls between the 3 bedrooms are quite thin and we could hear through. (but the living room is well separated) Would totally do it again and will recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay in Annecy and at Mark's place. Valerie was really accommodating with our check-in and check-out and was super friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations for our stay. The apartment is bright, spacious and really comfortable. It's a little out of town but easily within walking distance of the old town. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Annecy and I hope to return at some point in the future 🙂

super long in the heart of knowledge. lake Aiguebellette not far away and that of Le Bourget too. village 10 min away with bakery open on Sundays ❤️❤️ the heated pool the kids had a blast and so did the adults. courtyard next door. really exotic. Claire was welcoming and understandable and accommodating. We recommend eyes closed. Thank you.

A wonderful host! Her accommodation is a little corner of paradise, tastefully decorated and with everything you need. It offers us a most pleasant break to enjoy the sun and relax. Isabelle is very caring and deeply kind, we will be happy to come back!

Smooth communication before arrival. Very warm welcome. House all at once rustic, renovated and tastefully decorated. Ideal home for everyone to enjoy privacy while gathering around a large table or outside. Well-equipped kitchens. Dishes suitable for a large group. Very pleasant, spacious exterior. Numerous surrounding activities.

We had a great weekend with friends for a hen's weekend in Annecy! The accommodation is very well located and perfectly suited for a group of 8 people: spacious, clean, well-equipped and very pleasant to live in. It went very well from start to finish. Communication with the host was seamless and responsive. Thank you for this welcome, we all have a great memory of this stay!

Excellent experience. Jean-Pierre is a very welcoming host, the accommodation is even better than in the photos. It is very well equipped, clean, and the jacuzzi / hammam part is beautiful. The setting is beautiful too. Definitely recommend

Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

Christian and Véronique have a sense of hospitality. Well renovated, functional and very clean accommodation. Christian is very friendly and Véronique, although absent these days, prepared our arrival (Savoyard cake, homemade jam, everyday products). Bikes including a tandem available and useful for visiting the surroundings. Thanks both of you!

Beautiful accommodation, close to the lake, and in a very nice village! Super accessible by bus, which stops right in front of the house.

good stay, nice apartment, private parking, everything went well, just a small downside: access to the shower is not easy to occupy for all people (disabled, speakers , or having a few rounds.).

Annecy, France - April 14-21, 2025 (7 nights) Excellent location! Right in the heart of downtown, across from Centre Commercial Courier with a large Monoprix—perfect for everyday essentials. Walkable to the lake, old town, and all of Annecy’s main attractions, with the train and bus stations just steps away. The apartment is modern, spotless, and well-organized. The spacious bedroom has a super comfortable mattress with cotton bedding and towels. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, ideal for cooking. The bathroom has great water pressure and a separate toilet for added convenience. The bright, roomy living area and mudroom-style entry add extra comfort. A large balcony overlooks the lively Italian Trattoria—great for people-watching and delicious food! Delphine is a kind, attentive host. We were welcomed by Edwidge who gave us a warm welcome and excellent local tips. Don’t miss Le Freti for amazing Savoyard cuisine. We highly recommend this AirBnB—we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area
