The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Casa Amaranta

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.

Trevélez, the highest village in Spain (1500m) is known worldwide for its Iberian hams. Located in the Sierra Nevada, the house at the top of the village (Barrio Alto) is on the way to the GR7, GR240 and Mont Mulhacen, the highest peak in mainland Spain 3478 m. The house's greatest attraction is its location, with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected to downtown Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort, only half an hour away by car. Pets are allowed but a surcharge of €30 per pet is payable in addition to the reservation. Please check with the hosts.
