The house was constructed in the 1930’s and has a spacious front porch with rocking chairs and a fenced in backyard with a deck. Located 12 miles from Interstate 16, Exit 67 on Hwy 29 south. Convenient to Brewton Parker College and Georgia Southern University and the Hatch Plant if you will be working there.

This guesthouse goes perfectly when rented alongside of our main house which has four bedrooms and two living room rooms or this property can be rented separately to fit 4 to 5 people comfortably. It is a one bedroom that has a bunkbed in the main room along with a pullout sofa. It has a kitchenette with hot plates air fryer microwave for cooking. There’s a barbecue grill on the patio.
