The 95 square meter solid house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet and 2 double rooms on the first floor. The Rohrachhof is an old Jura farmhouse dating back to 1750. It boasts exposed timber framing and lime plaster, creating a unique indoor climate. Tradition and modernity blend seamlessly here; the apartment features a new kitchen, a new bathroom, and underfloor heating. Two horses graze in front of the house and can be observed through the windows. A dream come true, not just for children! The apartment accommodates a maximum of 7 adults.
