Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out on the terrace and admire the blue of the water for yourself. On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km and is connected to these two locations by public transport that runs about every half hour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. This home is stunning! Our family of five wanted a place that was surrounded by the Tuscan hills, near a train line and local town and we found the perfect place. The house was even more beautiful than we imagined. Each bedroom and bathroom is luxurious. The home has multiple living areas, a fire place and a lovely spa in the garden. The views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. The home was cleaned immaculately and had an amazing energy. What makes the home even more wonderful are the hosts, Maurella and Jacko were so accommodating and kind. We would love to come back and stay again. It was an honour to stay in your home. 🙏🏼

The house has a quiet location with a wonderful view. It is a good starting point for trips to La Spezia, Genoa, Lerici and the 5 Terre. You should definitely visit the small village opposite!!!! Mario always took care of the pool and was always right there. He is a very helpful, friendly landlord.

We spent a few days in Marta Amos's place and everything went very well, he explained to us where the place was, a little "hidden" so to speak but his explanations were very clear to find the place. Once there it was in a very quiet area, with a beautiful view❣️. It had all the equipment you could need. The only thing I could note is be careful if you are a large person, my spouse who is 1.97 m had to slightly duck to get through the front door and the shower was a little tight. But it's a good place if you want to come visit the Cinque Terre or the nearby towns. I highly recommend Marta Amos' place 👍👌

A fun unique stay! The team is amazing and very welcoming. The description is correct. There is a pretty good hike up to the tower and there are steep stairs. However, the team will help with luggage to the tower at check in and back to your car at check out. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were so nice! I noticed the first night how fresh the bedding smelled. These things made the stay more home-like.

We have had an amazing stay in Silvia & Fabios apartment. We loved the Italian charm of the house, the serenity on the outside terrace, as well as the authentic neighbourhood that the house was in. The house was really clean, and the bathroom was nicely renovated. The check in went really smooth, as we received the instructions beforehand. There was also free parking very close to the apartment (less than a minute away). Fabio also provided us with really good recommendations for activities in the area (this way, we ended up with some amazing restaurants and a day trip to the charming city of Pentremoli, which we normally wouldn't have found). Last, but not least, the house also came with a lot of kind gestures and small details: some bathroom amenities, a bottle of wine and a snack, some ingredients to start our breakfast with, and overall a really nice personal service! We fully recommend this place if you're seeking a place to stay in the area!

We had a great time in Barga! The accommodation is very centrally located in Barga with many great restaurants nearby, that was great! Eleonora was always easily accessible and very helpful. The apartment is stylish and beautifully decorated. Glad to come back :)
