Holiday rentals with a patio in Tres de Febrero Partido

Todo espectacular!

La ubicación es excelente cerca de muchos restaurantes, bares, al frente hay un micro market, y el subte está a unas cuadras. el departamento es cómodo y usamos la parrilla para hacer un asado, nos sentimos muy cómodos y recomendamos mucho este alojamiento.

Bardzo fajne mieszkanie dla 1-2 osób, szczególnie polecam jeżeli komuś zależy na dużym balkonie. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, blisko metra i wielu restauracji, ale mimo wszystko spokojna. Przydałyby się wygodniejsze leżaki na balkonie, jeden z nich był uszkodzony. Jedna z rolet była uszkodzona i jej użytkowanie było utrudnione. Poza tym wszystko dobrze i zdecydowanie jestem zadowolony z pobytu i polecam :)

El departamento de Sami cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas, muy comodo. Tenia todo lo que necesitabamos. El departamento cuenta con una terraza preciosa 🫶🏼 Sin dudas lo recomiendo!

tina fue muy amable y muy atenta en todo! una gran host. rentamos 2 departamentos porque éramos un grupo grande y todo estuvo perfecto. la zona inmejorable. la limpieza perfecta. gracias !!!

El departamento era luminoso y amplio. Estuvimos muy cómodos y Laura siempre dispuesta y atenta a todo lo que pudimos necesitar. Nos encantaría volver a pasar una nueva temporada allí.

I stayed for two months and the location in Palermo is great. The flat is close to many restaurants, cafés, and bars and a bit over 10 min to the metro station. This was my only flat out of five in Buenos Aires that was actually quiet. The flat felt new and modern yet charming. It was very clean. AC and WIFI worked without any issues. Communication was great.

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

El dpto está muy bien, y el checkin automático es muy conveniente. Hay algunas detalles que se podrian mejorar. En balance diría que la relacion precio calidad es muy buena.

El departamento hermoso, es un duplex dentro de un edificio. Algo no habitual en la zona. Muy confortable, todo nuevo (eso es de valorar) Cochera muy cómoda, el patio exterior invita a quedarse cuando no se quiere salir. Y Nico siempre atento !! Volveremos!!

Thank you for all your help, especially when my luggage was delayed and had to be delivered to the apartment. We really enjoyed the peaceful views when returning to the apartment after a day out in this amazing city. Loved the tree-lined streets too .

Great stay at Luisa’s place. The location is perfect for wandering around town, good restaurants nearby. The place is very clean and well appointed. Easy to get in and good communication with Luisa. Highlight is the wonderful balcony overlooking the street. It was very nice to hang out there and drink your morning coffee, watching the neighborhood wake up. Would highly recommend.
