If you like a quiet place this is the place! Super hot environment, clean house, smelling bedding, with a wonderful balcony, where we started our mornings. The barbecue area is a grace and a great place for a family lunch. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom is a good size. The site is super safe, and the hosts are super helpful and cordial. We will definitely return!

New, beautiful, comfortable, excellent location, a few meters from the Church and covered street. The car remained in the direct garage, we made the whole downtown of Gramado on foot. A delight. The only point that can improve is the issue of the withdrawal of keys in the real estate, queue and delay in service.

Wonderful stay, everything beautiful, CLEAN, new.. we're definitely going back. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the centre of Gramado. the beds are surreal, good, comfortable, fragrant. the gas bath is relaxing. complete location, super quiet and safe. We've never been so well received, with cake, fruit, chocolates, handwritten letters... I just don't say it's the same as the ad, because it's not! It's MUCH better. It exceeded our expectations. the care, attention to detail and affection in each detail is noted.

Perfect place! Hosts Vanderlei and Luiz put on a show of kindness and sympathy. They facilitated my group's check-in and stored our luggage until later. Ah! They respond super fast too. The apartment is extremely well equipped, with everything working perfectly. When we arrived, there was a bag with jam, toast and tea. Very thoughtful! We went as 4 people and the environment was perfect, even though there was only one bathroom. The condominium and the region are also a show, a place full of trees. I was confused as to whether the living room spaces, shown in the photos, were private or part of the condominium. In fact, everything is private, in the photos it looks bigger (not that the size is bad, it's more because in the photos it looks like a communal space, but it's not). It is an apartment, where the living room, kitchen, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom are downstairs. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine that contains the living room with sofa beds and the other bedroom with air conditioning. I highly recommend it and I would definitely come back.

Valdecir was very attentive and the directions were clear , always available for any questions. The accommodation is as described , excellent beds, linens, towels, everything very neat . It has a very good location , 2 blocks from Hard Rock cafe , quiet street, close to service station, super, restaurants , etc. to get to know and walk around the center of Gramado. Totally recommendable .

Great location and impeccable host! The apartment is perfectly situated, allowing you to explore the entire central region on foot with ease. We used the car only to visit more distant attractions, which was very practical. As for the space itself, it exceeded all expectations: extremely well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We feel truly at home, thanks to the details and care evident in every corner. Without a doubt, this will be our first option on future visits to Gramado. We recommend without hesitation!

Wonderful space! The condominium is very beautiful and quiet, great for walking and cycling (bicycles are provided by the place). We had a small setback at the reception, but Daniela soon responded and clarified that it was a reception mix-up, but it was soon resolved. The loft itself is great too, very spacious, very comfortable bed and sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen and the coffee powder available was a plus! The bathroom is very good, the bathtub was great, my daughter loved it, I took advantage of it too and I didn't miss out hehe! You have the option to order breakfast separately, which is very good, we ordered the combo for two people and it served 3 of us! You can request firewood at the reception once a day, and they deliver a set of lighters, which makes it much easier! It's a great option for those who want to escape the madness of the centre, the neighbourhood is very quiet and has options for eating. I recommend Panni, which has very good things! Daniela was very helpful and attentive! We'll be back for sure!
