Acadia National Park ocean front & garden cottages

Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

Centrally located on the Blue Hill Peninsula near Deer Isle, the cabins offer access to outdoor activities, cultural events, restaurants & shops.

Close enough to Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park (45 min) but removed from the chaos. A 10-minute walk down a gravel road to a beach in Lamoine with distant views of Acadia National Park. #16 is a spacious room with a fully stocked kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot), a bedroom with king bed, a living room with a comfortable futon and a trundle bed (2 twins, one pulls out from underneath). A/C (living room), full bath w/shower, cable, TV, small dining area. Guests can enjoy our new communal outdoor kitchen—with a grill, Blackstone griddle, air fryer, hot plate. Please note that the hot tub and shared indoor amenities are no longer available.

Lillebo

Lillebo is set near the end of a dead end road with a five minute walk yielding views over Frenchman's bay with Sorrento in the near view and Winter Harbor and Bar Harbor in the long view. This homey house is set about 200 feet from the road with no neighbors in direct view. There’s a screen porch on one end of the house and a garage on the other. In the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and bikes. There are three adult bikes, one youth bike and one kids bike.

Wicket Good Road is a private apartment in a wooded/garden setting. 12 miles from Acadia National Park, 14 to Bar Harbor and tourist attractions, and five miles to Ellsworth and essentials. Large deck with grill for dining in or out, well equipped kitchen, large screen TV, air conditioning (it can get hot in Maine, believe it or not), comfortable queen bed, large outdoor space with gardens and quiet. And great wifi! It's a comfy base of operations for summer fun in Maine!
