Beautiful house and very nice host. The area around the lake is very beautiful and there is delicious pizza nearby. Unfortunately, there is no TV. Due to the architecture of the house, you are very close to the neighbors.

The apartment is very spacious, bright, comfortable and extremely well organized. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, which are very useful for longer stays. We stayed in January and enjoyed the independent heating and the very warm and comfortable house. The apartment is for two people, and there is plenty of space available. The entrance and balcony are very nice. In addition, being in an internal courtyard, the apartment is very quiet and sheltered. Nearby, really a short walk away, there is the Bigoleria al Torchio, very good. Easily reachable on foot from the station, it is also very close to the historic center of Mantua, it really takes just a few minutes on foot to be in Sant'Andrea, 10-15 to the Ducal Palace. Mrs. Pierangela was precious, generous with advice and always present for questions or concerns.

We were very kindly welcomed by Lara. The accommodation is beautiful and very original. We felt very comfortable right away.

We had a fantastic stay at Laura’s place. The view is exceptional, the location is excellent, and there is everything you could possibly need, all the way down to the plentiful laundry detergent! Laura is a wonderful host with great recommendations, met us personally and took us through everything we needed to know about the accommodation, and was super responsive with whatever we needed. It was soooo hot when we were there, and so we were very grateful for (i) the swimming pool access (wonderful place, such welcoming staff), and (ii) the aircon… which definitely works and is very effective! Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️

Very nice apartment in the historic centre of Mantua, a stone's throw from Palazzo Ducale. I was impressed by the organisation of the apartment: there is everything you need and more. Paola is wonderful, she welcomed us on our arrival and gave us all the necessary directions. The breakfast provided by Paola and the directions to the local restaurants were very much appreciated. It was very convenient to arrive by car to the entrance of the apartment thanks to the ztl pass. I hope, in the future, to be able to be a guest of Paola's again in her beautiful apartment. You can see and feel the passion he puts into it. Congrats.

The apartment is perfect! It matched the description and photos: very clean and tidy. Top private garden and the condominium pool was a cherry on top. Equally perfect location: top for reaching the many tourist attractions in the area. We absolutely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place! It had such a homey feel — quiet, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal: walkable to all the main sights and close to some really great restaurants. Andrea was a fantastic host — very communicative, flexible, and made everything super easy for us. Would absolutely stay here again!

The accommodation is very nicely decorated, the bed is very comfortable and the garden is pleasant. In addition, Silvia provides everything you need for breakfast, which is rare.

Tullia gave me very precise directions, as well as an update on the weather conditions. The welcome was exquisite, full of unexpected attention and care. A real Airbnb, with chatter, human contact and a very pleasant exchange with the hosts. All the rooms in the house are impeccable. The only regret is that I only stayed with Tullia for one night.

Waking up with a view like the one you have from the room of the kind Sandra is unparalleled! Spacious, well-kept, well-maintained room; large (two sinks!) and functional bathroom. You'll find everything you need to spend your holiday in peace, and in addition, a really generous breakfast! All in the company of the Host, Sandra, a person with an impressive cultural background, with a unique and fascinating style; the house looks like a small museum! Léonie and her husband are very pleasant hosts with whom we had a good exchange. The accommodation is really nice, the garden very cozy and well flowered. The breakfast is hearty and adapted to our taste. We recommend it.

"Holiday with friends" is actually the best choice of words for our all-round successful holiday with Scarlett and Antonio!!!! A wonderful stay, with super hospitable hosts!!!! We would recommend it at any time and were definitely not the last time there!!!!! However, you need a car or bicycles to get to the lake or to the neighbouring villages!!! This place was easy to find and a great location to get to Gardaland. The room had AC, a cute balcony and felt nice and clean.

New, clean, and a 20 minute walk to town centre, train and ferries. The location worked well for me. The breakfast options were slice bread, crackers, some cereal, and cold cuts which I really appreciated. Perfect 👌

Francesca and her daughter were helpful and cared about our needs. The breakfast was nice and fresh also the place is too clean and the surroundings were amazing. We had the “home” feeling. We are looking forward to coming back there again.
