Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Located on the third floor, it enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and the promontory of Villa del Balbianello. Consisting of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, it is located a few meters from the clubs, hotels and restaurants that animate the Tremezzo lakefront: one of the most evocative spots of the Lake Como Greenway.

The Botticelli House is located in Tremezzo, in the quiet Belvedere area, with a beautiful view of Lake Como. The apartment is just a few steps from the Greenway and a short walk from the lake. Azzano village is about 500 m away and Tremezzo center about 900 m. The apartment has double exposure with lake and mountain views. In front of the entrance there is a small lawn (not private) where you can stop briefly to unload luggage. A large public parking area is available in Viano about 300 m away.
