Set on a hillside beside a little stream, plenty of parking. Pub in the village and 10 mins drive from Betws-y-Coed. The loft room is cosy with one pull out bed and a spare mattress. Totally self contained with shower, toilet & rustic kitchen. Good work space for bikes and canoes, desk for laptop.
“We loved it, lovely chill, nice and cosy with everything you need. More space than expected. Lots of cooking utensils. Rustic but clean. Would definitely recommend”
Nestled in the beautiful Conwy valley, “Fron Bach” provides the perfect base for your Snowdonia getaway. Situated on the hillside above the lovely village of Trefriw, and with far reaching views across the valley, this beautiful self contained apartment has plenty of amenities on its doorstep with many attractions just a stone’s throw away.
“Dave’s place is by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in - & we’ve stayed in quite a few! Accommodation is beautiful & has everything you could need for a few days away inc brekkie bits (always a massive plus). We used it as a base to go to Conwy, Blaenau Ffestiniog & for walks around the local area. We’re already planning our next trip to north Wales & we’d 100% stay at Fron Bach again.”
A very unique cosy property converted from an old stone outbuilding. The cottage is on the bank of the Caseg river and surrounded by a quiet garden, providing an excellent retreat, while only 5 minutes walk from the amenities of the local village Bethesda. Take a local walk in the Ogwen valley, to Zip World or access climbing, walking, mountain biking and kayaking activities in Snowdonia directly from the cottage. A relaxing evening soak in the hot tub can be recommended.
“If you’re looking for a weekend getaway in a peaceful area filled with fantastic views of welsh mountains, this is the property for you! Myself and my partner had a fantastic stay here. It was about a 15 minute walk to the fastest zip line in the world and we fully recommend staying here if you intend to visit zip world! The views around the property were incredible. Having the waterfall run behind the cottage made the stay even more relaxing. After coming off the zip line and having an explore around the area we came back to the cottage for a dip in the hot tub! Which was an extra special treat! Nick and Lesley were so friendly and welcoming, we couldn’t have asked for better hosts!”
