Amazing view! Great location easy to walk into the old town. The host is super friendly and took the time to show us everything in the place and how to get around the town.

This location is exactly what you want when visiting Dubrovnik. The apartment itself is lovely with an even more incredible view of the old town. It’s well equipped, offers a rare parking space, and is away from the hustle of old town while still being only a 10ish minute walk away. We loved our stay and we will hopefully be back!

Nicole was a great host! She was patient and communicative and answered all of our questions. She was very kind and was flexible with an early check in. The apartment was in a prime location and within walking distance to the old town and cable car. I would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, it has everything we needed - perfectly equipped. Stunning views of the bay, great base for our week in Dubrovnik. The hosts have been super helpful with hints and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area. Highly recommend!

Nora welcomed us warmly. She gave us great tips on restaurants closeby, where the grocery store is, and where to catch public transportation. Her place was modern, immaculate and complete with everything we needed. There were ample supplies of toiletries and detergent. And the kitchen had all the basic condiments that you can think of. The location is very safe even in the evenings, and it is close to everything. The port, the bus stops, where to catch a taxi or Bolt and Uber. It is a stone throw away from the Promenade, the beach, and the mall. Most of all, the communication was great. Nora and Petra were always available for any questions that we had and their response were immediate. We would surely recommend this place to family and friends. And we would not hesitate to stay there again. It was our home away from home during our stay in Lapad. Thank you Nora and Petra! You helped make our experience in Lapad/ Dubrovnik very pleasant.

We loved our two nights in Dubrovnik. The location was very close to old town and the views were like a post card. The space was perfect for 2 people snd we loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying our coffee and the sea and castle views. It will require a lot of stairs with your luggage which wasn’t fun but worth it. edran was an excellent communicator and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends.

A beautiful location with stunning views. The pool area is exceptional and a great area to relax away from the tourists. The flat is very spacious and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. A very spacious lounge and kitchen with stunning views over the bay. Zeljko was truly a great host with clear instructions and recommendations. We had the most wonderful stay at Nela’s house! The view from the balcony is worth a million dollars, I’d say it’s probably the best view in Perast! Really well situated with boat tours leaving from the doorstop, a little wine bar downstairs & plenty of restaurants to sample nearby. Nela was really attentive and helpful too when arranging taxis and check in. Will be recommending far and wide!

Stayed here for 11 nights in May 2025, highlight was the beautiful green patio area. Everything we needed for the stay was catered for. Great central location. Iris was at hand for any questions/information we needed. Everything was as described. Thank you Iris!! 😊

This place is absolutely superb. It's a few metres from the beach with amazing views. It's roughly a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Cavtat. The family are lovely people and very helpful. The apartments are modern and clean with all amenities. At night put the anti mosquitoes adapter on, which are supplied and kept in the bed side drawer. I thoroughly recommend booking this place.

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic host and family. The best location in Kotor and easy travel into the old town. We will be back in no time.

We had a wonderful week in an amazing villa. The setting is truly stunning, very peaceful and with a wonderful view over to the Adriatic. The villa itself is very well equipped with the benefit of a great pool and hot-tub, and is located within easy walking distance of Zaton which has some nice bars and restaurants. We visited Dubrovnik and Cavtat which are within easy reach, and also took a ferry to Lokrum Island which is well worth a visit. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Duro’s house and will hopefully return again in the future!

Everything has really been thought of in the apartment. Giovanni and Ana are very warm people. The home made liqueur tasted great, while we enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea on the balcony. The only downside is the noise from the traffic on the road, but the fantastic view makes up for it! You won't be bothered by this inside and on the terrace on the mountain side.

We enjoyed a week in the summer apartment, our own beach and the beautiful courtyard surrounded by flowering bushes. Very good place to stay in the warm season. I don't know what would have been a better place for us, two teenagers, two seniors and two middle-aged. Ferry connections operate to Cavtat and Dubrovnik, as well as Uber transport. We had a rental car, but during the high season finding parking spaces is challenging and therefore public transport is a recommended way to get around. The house can be reached via a 300-metre walk along the beach, so the place may be a bit challenging for people with reduced mobility. Marko is a helpful and friendly host who made sure that nothing was missing and helped with the bags. The swimming pool of the adjacent hotel would also have been in use. We had enough of the sea, snorkeling and Sublauta through Marko. Strong recommendation for the destination!

I cannot praise the host Tatjana and the Villa White Lady enough. Tatjana was very helpful and always responsive to our questions. The villa was stunning, set in a beautiful location. It is 15 mins from the old town, and close to some excellent restaurants and beautiful views. The villa was spotless, and exactly like the photos. The bedrooms are all a great size. Kitchen well equipped. The swimming pool was so welcome in the heat. We have had a great holiday and will certainly be back to beautiful Croatia.

Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

We had such a lovely few days at this beautiful apartment. The terrace was one of our favourite spots, along with the beach just across the road. Location is perfect, just a 15 minute bus ride into the old town. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
