Holiday rentals with lake access in Tre Capitelli

Wir waren schon das Zweite Mal bei Daniela, weil alles es einfach nur wunderschön ist und man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Besser gehts nicht🥰

La Grotta was the perfect location to celebrate our anniversary. It was quiet, romantic, and beautiful. It is close to Verona so, if you choose, you can go into the city. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

Die Unterkunft war super und die Kommunikation war auch immer Top. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Häuschen- also genau richtig zum abschalten;). Der Pool war klasse und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub .

We had the best time at Lorena, Carlo and Nicola’s place! The view is absolutely stunning, even better than the photos. The porch and garden are spacious and luxurious. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. Everything within the apartment is good quality - Lorena, Carlo and Nicola have thought of everything! They are very friendly and helpful, and even treated us to a delicious homemade lasagna and tiramisu on our first night, which was so appreciated after a big day of travel. Carlo also drove us to the ferry station on our last morning so we didn’t have to walk with our luggage. Thank you so much Lorena, Carlo and Nicola!

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Giulia und ihrer Familie! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Super ruhig gelegen, umgeben von ganz viel Natur, mit herrlichem Blick auf die Weinstreben. Wir durften den großen Garten mit nutzen - die Kinder waren glücklich und haben (ohne sich zu verstehen) toll zusammen gespielt. Die Lage ist großartig, man kann zu Fuß zum See oder in die Stadt hinuntergehen. Es gibt viele Restaurants, einen großen Markt und eine niedliche Innenstadt. Wir haben den Ort Bardolino wirklich sehr geliebt! Beim Check In waren wir total flexibel. Giulia hat uns die ganze Zeit über mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt und war für Fragen oder Anliegen ansprechbar. Es war rundum schön - wir planen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederzukommen! :)

Wir waren sehr happy mit unserem Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist einfach super – zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Dachterrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight – riesig und mit tollem Ausblick. Paolo war unglaublich hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Lieben dank!

Die Lage und der Blick auf den See, sind die 5 Sterne dieses Liegenschaft. Egal bei welchem Wetter, man kann fast immer auf der Terrasse sitzen und sich am Blick erfreuen. Die Küche lässt einem Hobbykoche viele Möglichkeiten, der zu Fuß zu erreichende ital. Supermarkt ist bestens bestückt und schon früh offen zum täglichen Einkauf. Wir werden nicht das lt. Mal dort gewesen sein.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren ersten Aufenthalt am Gardasee in Danieles Apartment. Die Lage ist einmalig und die Aussicht wunderbar, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Begrüßung durch Danieles Eltern war wunderbar und wir konnten jederzeit mit Daniele kommunizieren und uns Tipps für die Gegend holen. Mit Blick über den Gardasee einschlafen oder kochen und frühstücken macht den Besuch nach den ganzen Aktivitäten entspannend und schön. Das Apartment ist zudem sehr schön eingerichtet und die Postkarten sind einfach schön. Grazie Daniele!

This apartment is located right on Lake Iseo, in beautiful Italy – and it offers all the comfort you could wish for (except for a dishwasher). But honestly, you won’t be disappointed. The place is exceptionally clean and lovingly decorated, with a direct view of the lake. It’s full of charm and absolutely worth recommending. There’s plenty of space with two bedrooms and a generous living room. The kitchen has a special charm of its own – we used it every day to prepare breakfast , and everything worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place and give it a well-deserved 5 stars!

Die Unterkunft liegt wie oftmals erwähnt mitten in der Stadt und bietet eine lebendige Atmosphäre, da Geschäfte und Cafés / Restaurants sehr nah gelegen sind - dies bietet somit wunderbare Möglichkeiten, sich draußen aufzuhalten, auch ohne dass die Unterkunft selbst eine Möglichkeit hat, draußen zu sitzen. Man kann das trubelige Stadtleben somit voll und ganz miterleben. Für einen erholsameren Schlaf empfehle ich Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf oder „Nicht-Städtern“ jedoch Ohrstöpsel :) Alles, was man braucht, ist sorgfältig und durchdacht vorhanden. Auch wenn kein Fernseher vorhanden ist und der Handyempfang begrenzt sein kann, bietet das WLAN die Möglichkeit,mit einem (eigenen) Tablet oder Laptop auf Streaming-Dienste zuzugreifen. Die Vermieterin hat uns persönlich begrüßt und wir haben sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung bekommen. Ich bin der Vermieterin ebenfalls sehr dankbar für ihre hilfsbereite und entgegenkommende Art in einem Moment der Unachtsamkeit.

Alles war perfekt!

Alda & Mattea’s apartment in Lazise offers a truly spectacular view of the marina, without question the best view in the entire town. Waking up each morning to the charming harbour and blue water was magical. The location is perfect. Right in the heart of the town, it is still peaceful to relax and soak in the beauty of Lake Garda. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re visiting Lazise, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

I don't know what to say.... The whole thing was perfect. Entering through the gate with the car and seeing our beautiful little yard, surrounded by a jasmine hedge and full of flowers shaded by olive trees right on the lakefront was amazing. In the apartment, the windows that looked right out onto the lake made it feel like there was a living painting... with sound when we left the window open. I would like to address the low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. It is true, they are low and we are tall so we did have to duck a bit at the head of the bed and in the toilet area but it was COMPLETELY fine. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we made a bunch of lovely meals there. It was a beautiful walk along a sidewalk but then mostly along the beautiful lakefront promenade into town and we walked a few times a day with no difficulty to the ferry, the grocery store, the lungolago. Best of all was Giampaolo's mom who was AMAZING as was her strudel. A beautiful lady!!!! Perfect!

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour. Logement en très bon état et très propre. Très bien placé, tout proche de l'embarcadère, tout se fait à pied. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Corina. L'ile de Monte Isola est parfaite pour la marche (pas de voitures sur l'ile)

I spent a week in the flat with my wife and two children, and I highly recommend it. The description and photos accurately represent what you will find. The location is excellent, close to the lake, grocery stores, and restaurants. Communication with Davide was always smooth; he is proactive and has an incredibly quick response rate. We hope to return soon and enjoy the surroundings once again.

Wir (4 erwachsene, 3 Kinder) verbrachten eine tolle Woche in diesem liebevoll umgebauten Bauernhaus in den Bergen! Luca und Corinna sind äußerst herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hatten auch einen tollen Ausflugstipp der sehr familienfreundlich war und als Highlight eine atemberaubende tibetanische Brücke zu bieten hatte! Haben sehr viele tolle Erinnerungen an diesen Urlaub geschaffen :) herzlichen Dank!

Casa fantastica con ampio e stupendo giardino. Massimo host molto disponibile e sempre disponibile.

Sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

L’hébergement est bien situé à proximité de grandes surfaces, à 20mn à pied du centre ville (départ de ferry bien pratique pour visiter), petit jardin pour prendre ses repas et apéro en extérieur, un logement fonctionnel pour 4, dont deux adolescents. Angelo est un hôte très réactif et arrangeant.

We waren wat vroeger en konden al in het huisje terecht. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en verder hadden we alle privacy en rust. Her huisje is eenvoudig maar van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben vooral genoten van de buitenruimtes. De diverse zitjes in de tuin en de fijne overkapping. We mochten ook gebruik maken van de wasmachine, heel fijn. De omgeving is de moeite waard. Genoeg te zien en te doen en heerlijk om te wandelen en fietsen.

Kaum zu beschreiben wie schön es in dieser Unterkunft ist. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail fehlt es an nichts. Romantische Stunden im Sprudel. Sterne beobachten in der Glaskupel oder nur in wenigen Gehminuten im kühlen Nass am Fluss. Außergewöhnlich schön und absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Amazing location. The view from the upstairs bedroom is unreal. And the hammock in the garden is a really nice touch and very relaxing

la casa e' molto bella, curatissima e super pulita , si vede proprio che Cristina tiene tantissimo alla sua casa e al benessere degli ospiti lei e' stata molto gentile dandoci le indicazioni precise e accogliendoci i all'arrivo , siccome ho detto che sono freddolosa ci ha fatto trovare la casa bella calda il giardino e' magnifico tenuto alla perfezione , peccato che quando siamo arrivati pioveva ma come detto a Cristina torneremo il prossimo anno con la bella stagione Paola
