Monthly Rentals in Travis County

My parents stayed at Dawn's place during the holidays, so as to be close to me and their grandkids in Circle C. They highly recommend it, and would like to stay again in future! It's a great location for anyone wanting a tranquil neighborhood away from the bustle of central Austin, and especially for people planning to spend most of their time in Southwest Austin. It is brand new and beautifully-appointed. Wonderful kitchen, gorgeous, spa-like bathroom, comfortable bed, and very responsive and welcoming hosts. It is also beautifully sunny, with lots of windows looking out onto the expansive property. Thank you, Dawn, for making such a nice home away from home for my parents!

Nice quiet area that is about 15-20 from downtown Austin. The suite itself is nice, private and cozy! Complete with 2 sitting areas. The bathroom is well lit with a nice shower and closet space. The host was very responsive and took care of our requests as they came up.

It was so clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was super clean.

The location was ideal for our visit. (Our G=Kids live about 5 minutes away.) Lots of easy interaction with them. The place backs up to a green belt and we had a herd of deer for entertainment a couple of times a day. There is a Randall's food store about 1/4 mile away. Restaurants and even a Walmart about 3-4 miles away. The place is well equipped with kitchen tools, washer and dryer and a large walk-in closet. TV, living room and fireplace made evenings very comfortable. Did I mention QUIET . . . I should have. I said the unit was on a greenbelt. It is more accurate to say it is built IN a greenbelt. Great placed, good hosts.
