A town villa from 1913 just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the river Trave with a quiet, sunny courtyard. The accommodation has been extensively renovated by us to make it energy efficient. We have preserved the original charm of the accommodation with high rooms, old doors and pitch pine floors. It is very centrally located in the quiet and popular Fehlingstraße.

The houses are really winter-proof wooden houses and are also rented all year round. Each unit has its own terrace where you can comfortably enjoy the sun. Or you can sit under the 100-year-old maple tree in the summer.

We offer you several private rooms in our house for up to 10 guests. The rooms have been re-decorated in 2016 The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. This is your space. A kitchen downstairs is also exclusive to use for you, as well you have a dining room and a terrace outside. We live here as well in separate flat and are happy to help you with any assistance you require.

The two-room apartment "Traveblick 296" with swimming pool and sauna is located on the 31st floor on the Trave side of the Maritim and impresses with its breathtaking view of the Trave entrance and harbor. It is suitable for up to five people. A parking card and a swimming pool card, sauna area and gym are included.
