Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. A town villa from 1913 just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the river Trave with a quiet, sunny courtyard. The accommodation has been extensively renovated by us to make it energy efficient. We have preserved the original charm of the accommodation with high rooms, old doors and pitch pine floors. It is very centrally located in the quiet and popular Fehlingstraße.

The apartment has three bedrooms, a spacious living/dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest bathroom and a large balcony facing the sea.

The houses are really winter-proof wooden houses and are also rented all year round. Each unit has its own terrace where you can comfortably enjoy the sun. Or you can sit under the 100-year-old maple tree in the summer.

In our small holiday bungalow "Haus Kastanie" you will find a cozy and appealing accommodation for your vacation. The open living room and bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a sofa and a TV. Here you can relax wonderfully after an eventful day. In addition, you will find in our bungalow a practical pantry kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and an inviting terrace.

We offer you several private rooms in our house for up to 10 guests. The rooms have been re-decorated in 2016 The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. This is your space. A kitchen downstairs is also exclusive to use for you, as well you have a dining room and a terrace outside. We live here as well in separate flat and are happy to help you with any assistance you require.
