It is conveniently located right Hwy 25 5 miles north of Travelers Rest, 20 mins to Greenville, 35 mins to Ashville. There are several state and city parks within a short drive. With great views of the mountains from the property, its perfect to get away and get out in nature. The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
