Έχει wi fi ταχύτητα 50 mbps Η ησυχία και ο έναστρος ουρανός τις νύχτες σας μένουν αξέχαστες όπως και θέα της κοντινής πόλης, της Νεάπολης, όπου είναι και το λιμάνι για τα Κύθηρα, κάτι που εκμεταλλεύονται πολλοί επισκέπτες στον χώρο μου καθώς είναι μόλις 4 χιλιόμετρα απόσταση 10 λεπτά διαδρομή από σπίτι. Νερό πίνουμε εμφιαλωμένο.

Katouni Bridge Villa

Kythira is a paradise. The island where the Goddess of love, Aphrodite, spawned from the shores of Paliopoli and where Paris and Helen escaped from Sparta and were married. Katouni is a smaller village of Livadi, connected to it by the famous Katouni Bridge - built by the British during occupation, as the general fell in love with a girl on the other side. Our house is an oasis within an island of natural beauty, with views compared to Tuscany. Katouni is the birthplace of my grandfather.

Emma’s maisonette house by Kapsali beach

Traditional house in modern architecture, built in 2008 in the most beautiful part of Kythira, in Kapsali. The house is located near the beach. It is a two floor maisonette. The entrance is in the front where there is a living room with a fire place connected directly with the kitchen and a small wc. The reach on the upper floor is through internal stairs. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, a balkony and a big terrace with magnificent sea view.

Villa Allegra

An exceptional traditional two stored house in the heart of the capital city of Kythera. It can accommodate up to 6 persons, in all 3 bedrooms. It consists of two levels, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a WC. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small balcony with view in the Venetian Castle of Chora.

The bedroom is set in a traditional cave style (no window), while kitchen and living room have plenty of natural light and (two large windows and a glass door) are overlooking the sea and an inhabited hill.

The “Celestial View Luxury Holiday Home” is an 1897 mansion house, fully refurbished in 2019, in the most idyllic spot in the Chora of Kythira, where you can enjoy unlimited view of the meeting point of three Seas: the Ionian, the Aegean and the Cretan, the Venetian Castle, the islet of Hytra and the traditional settlement of Chora with its distinctive architecture.
