For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

This location makes city dwellers, adventurers, and athletes happy year-round, but also anyone who just wants to wake up with mountain views and marvel at the panorama. The center of Salzburg is reachable in 10-15 minutes by bus or car.

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!

Die Wohnung befindetet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, nur etwa 15 Gehminuten vom Ortskern entfernt. Im Sommer spielen Kinder auf der Straße, Spaziergänger ziehen entspannt vorbei – eine angenehme, gewachsene Siedlung mit viel Charme. Hier kannst du wunderbar abschalten und den Feierabend entspannt auf der Bank vor dem Haus genießen.
