Next to the room is entrance hall and bathroom. The owner lives in the same complex which is a former farmer house with several flats. She is a mother of three, sixty years old & nice to chat in german. All amenities, including Bus, trains, bakery, restaurants, supermarket, a few minutes walk. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is suitable for a business trip as well as for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. But the more beautiful the city is then. We are very happy to help with insider tips in a variety of cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.

Every half an hour there is a train leaving to Linz.

You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
