Had a perfect stay in this place! Everything was cosy and easy. All worked good and Alessandra is an excellent host.

We were exceedingly happy to be able to stay at Tiziana's. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, quality construction through out, the heating & cooling systems were modern, as were the bathrooms. It was as easy walk to numerous markets, the historical areas of Palermo and conveniently located for local bus & tram and to the regional train system.

Besides hospitality and flexibility of our host, we really enjoyed the place, decoration and size of the apartment. We really could feel neoclassicism at its best in this very well maintained place without suffering any technical need of 21st century (like AC, WiFi, washers,...). To make the story complete, owner also has a nice wine yard and we were invited to wine tasting. And not to forget that cosmetic supplies are also done by the same property - very nice set that you can find in 5* hotels.

Perfect accommodation for the location and price. The host was an excellent communicator and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We loved our stay at Antonio's. It is a wonderfully spacious place with a very nice terrace. The location is perfect - close to restaurants, the Opera House and the city center but also very quiet. Be prepared for a climb up the stairs but that's no surprise and also good exercise. I would definitely come back here for a stay. Antonio is a very responsive and helpful host. He recommended Atipico for dinner and it was fabulous. Thank you!

A very nice homestay with a good geographical environment and easy to get around for our self-driving tourists.An old apartment building is very nice, the room decoration is very artistic, Sandro was very warm and friendly to receive us, and gave us a detailed description of the surrounding situation, very helpful for our itinerary, especially at the end of the late check-out, considering the problem from a safety point of view, we are very moved!Highly recommend this place!

This is a gorgeous apartment in a 15th century building in the historic center of Palermo. It is up one flight of stairs with no elevator but fine for us. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. All very comfortable and well appointed. Note that there is no separate living room which did not matter for the two of us. There is a couch and several chairs in the big bedroom with the Kingsize bed. I did not cook but the kitchen had everything you would need. There is also a lovely terrace. Giovanni is a perfect host. He met us and showed us around. Always responsive to any questions. He arranged our transfers to and from the airport and suggested a massage therapist who was fabulous. The location was ideal. We walked everywhere. Vago coffee is steps away as well as restaurants and markets. We highly recommend this apartment. Loved it.

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

My parents were guests at Angelo's. The house is located in a very quiet street, very characteristic where cars do not pass and very close to the center of San Vito. The house was clean and had everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. Angelo was very kind and despite not being present, he provided all the useful information and has always been honest about the situation, always remaining available in case of need. We had the most magical stay at Benito's enchanting garden in Favignana! Every corner of the garden is filled with beautiful sculptures, lovingly made by Benito himself. We were welcomed by his sweet dog Lily and a playful cat, both of whom made the experience even more special. Benito went above and beyond to make us feel at home—from picking us up at the ferry port to giving us a personal tour of Favignana the next morning. He even treated us to breakfast and showed us where to rent bicycles for the day. His hospitality was truly exceptional, and we left feeling not just like guests, but like old friends. We wish Benito, Noor, and everyone we met there health and happiness! Thank you for such a magical, unforgettable stay. We can't wait to return!

Small house comfortable, tastefully decorated, very functional and pleasant with its two terraces. The view of this exceptional site, between the sea with crystal clear waters and a mountain covered with flowers in the spring, is a real enchantment! There's even a shower outside, with an unbeatable panorama! Max was an extremely friendly host, warm, very attentive to guest feedback or requests. He even made us discover much-loved specialties! A really great place to stay for our short vacation (3 nights). The beds and pillows are really comfortable, the furnishings are very well cared for. We were welcomed by a very helpful girl (flexible check-in time) and the bottle of water we found in the fridge upon arrival was almost salvaged:) the area is very quiet despite the proximity to the center. How much we'd love to come back!

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Beautiful place to stay in a tranquil location with lovely scenery. Nicely decorated, kitchen was well equipped with oven, microwave grill, hob, fridge freezer and lots of pots and pans, plus basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, garlic etc). Bathroom was really nicely done, plenty of space, with toilet, jacuzzi bath, shower and bidet. Lots of candles, artwork and ornaments helped to give the place a homely feel. The pool area was fantastic with lots of different seating areas, a wonderful pool and some shade. The only downsides to the whole place were the bed which was uncomfortable, and the shower - it did not maintain a consistent temperature, going from cold to very hot, then back to cold, so a comfortable shower was not possible, we had to constantly change the temperature and from one shower head to another. Valentina was very welcoming, with a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us on arrival. She was easily contactable and responded quickly to any messages.

Very nice place to stay, incredible hospitality, within walking distance of a beautiful beach (not crowded). Perfect place to discover Palermo and its surroundings.

A spacious and charming apartment with a gorgeous view right in the middle of the buzz downtown. It was the perfect way to end our two week vacation in Italy - we especially enjoyed being able to catch up on laundry and enjoy some elbow room for our last nights!

Antonio's accommodation is excellent, it has a very good location. The El Capo market is right next door, and everything else is just a short distance away. Antonio is an excellent host! I recommend it 100%

Stayed here 6 nights, and found all the amenities well stocked, spacious rooms, and really comfortable bedding (soft cotton sheets and plenty of pillows). It was also a quiet retreat for weary touring, so much to see in Palermo. All the basics you need for a great stay are here. Authentic and Sicilian, a good pick and a good host.

Very nice stay in this beautiful apartment with great views of Palermo! Luigi was very welcoming, even gave us a bottle of Prosseco to celebrate the new year. The location is ideal, close to the pedestrian street where many restaurants offer specialties and more! Thanks again!

Excellent location if you are looking for a central location within walking distance to many of Palermo's main attractions. Massimiliano met us to go to the apartment which is located within the main market, so require a walk through the market to get to it. It is advisable to have luggage with wheels to pull to the apartment. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of his building (2nd from the top) with a small terrace looking straight out to the dome of the church in front. Our stay was over a weekend, so there was a bit of noise from the bar/restaurant located on the ground floor, but that tapered off around midnight and wouldn't be an issue during the summer if you had the windows closed with the air conditioning running. We were there in April so just left the windows open at night for fresh air. If you are looking for a place in the city, and want to see sites without needing a car, this is a great place.

Well-maintained house in a quiet area in the middle of the center of Palermo. Massimiliano was always very kind and ready to provide any necessary guidance. We hope to be back soon.
