Villa Irini has several balconies and terraces, and is suitable for a maximum of ten people. The Villa has two floors, with 4 bedrooms (2 master suites and 2 guest rooms) and 2 bathrooms, as well as a 1000 square meter garden. The Villa is set behind an automatic wide gate with plenty of covered parking spaces. Villa Irini is fully furnished with A/C and heating throughout the entire house and bedrooms, barbecue, TV, free Wi-Fi and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home.

VILLA LYDIA

Η βίλα μας είναι ενα κτίριο νεοκλασσικό αμφιθεατρικά της λίμνης Παμβώτιδας. Έχει είσοδο που χρησιμοποιεί τηλεχειριστήριο, υπάρχει πισίνα που λειτουργεί τούς θερινούς μήνες και έχει σαλόνι 100 τετρ, κουζίνα και 4 υπνοδωμάτια εκ των οποίων στο ένα υπάρχει τζάκι και δικό του μπάνιο. Στο άλλο μπάνιο υπάρχει τζακούζι. Η πόλη απέχει 10χμ ,στα 5χμ είναι το γνωστό σπήλαιο του Περάματος. Το νησί είναι επίσης 10χμ και το σπίτι προσφέρεται για αποδράσεις με ισόποσες αποστάσεις στα Ζαγόρια και το Μέτσοβο.

Country House Hortensia

Country House Hortensia is set in a fenced four-acre green estate. The stone residence is built on a hillside and its private beach is only 50 meters away from it. Outside there is a large barbeque that can meet the needs of every visitor. Up to 6 people can be accommodated inside the house. The large bedroom has a double size bed and in the living room there are 2 polyform sofas that can be used as beds. If someone wants to visit the nearby beaches or go fishing they can use our small boat.

Βρίσκεται ανάμεσα από το γραφικό χωριό Ελάτη και το χιονοδρομικό Περτουλίου, δίπλα ακριβώς από την περίφημη ταβέρνα το Ανώγι!

The villa sits in an elevated position on a hiltop of Ioannina city and has a fantastic view! The center is 2 minutes by car or you can take a walk downhill (25 minutes) and return by taxi (+-5 euro). There is a pine forrest a few steps from the house where you can take a walk or do a bit of jogging. The house has a private swimming pool ( May-September) and an outdoor BBQ where you can relax and enjoy your day! there is a large parking area outside the house! The house sleeps 7 people!
