Country House Hortensia

Country House Hortensia is set in a fenced four-acre green estate. The stone residence is built on a hillside and its private beach is only 50 meters away from it. Outside there is a large barbeque that can meet the needs of every visitor. Up to 6 people can be accommodated inside the house. The large bedroom has a double size bed and in the living room there are 2 polyform sofas that can be used as beds. If someone wants to visit the nearby beaches or go fishing they can use our small boat.

The villa sits in an elevated position on a hiltop of Ioannina city and has a fantastic view! The center is 2 minutes by car or you can take a walk downhill (25 minutes) and return by taxi (+-5 euro). There is a pine forrest a few steps from the house where you can take a walk or do a bit of jogging. The house has a private swimming pool ( May-September) and an outdoor BBQ where you can relax and enjoy your day! there is a large parking area outside the house! The house sleeps 7 people!

This is a luxurious 100 sqm villa with a 24 sqm private pool consisting of two floors. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with a balcony and a bathroom, while on the lower floor there is the living room, the kitchen and the dining room, as well as another bathroom. The villa can accommodate 6 people, while it has a sofa that can be converted into a Queen size bed, thus increasing the number of people it can accommodate. It is also accessible to people with disabilities

Also it has big balconies where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Ionian sea and the island of Paxoi. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the nature and the variety of colours and smells of the flowers which are all over the place. Best of all the beautiful sunset.
