The apartment has three balconies facing north, east, and south. Providing guests with sea view from each of them. A bright, natural light pervades the entire spaces of the house all day long. Offering a perfect retreat after a long day on the beach or exploring the area. The apartment can host comfortably three guests. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a confortable dining and lounge area. The house is fully furnished and equipped with a whole series of amenities to make your stay more pleasant. “Carolina’s Nest” is an exclusive solution for your desired holidays. The house is two “steps” away from your first swimming option. You will have plenty along the city coastline. The location offers a unique opportunity to experience the Sicilian lifestyle by melting with locals in the most local of the neighbourhoods. You will find the best choices of Restaurants, bars, and shops in town within five minutes walking distance. Your landlord will welcome you at check in and he will be available on call for any question or need. We try to provide a worm but "discrete" service. We will be more than happy to help you out with crucial informations on the city, local services, and surroundings. The authentic neighborhood of Torre di Ligny plus the historic fishing port and fish market forms the backdrop to this property. The house is located at the western end, where the last isthmus of land divides the Tyrrhenian Sea from the Mediterranean. You can reach every part of the city center on foot. Restaurants, churches, squares, markets, port, and ferries/hydrofoils to the Egadi Islands will be just few minutes away. We can also recommend a useful bike rental-shop located in the city center. The city beach is located along the northern coastline. You will have roughly four kms of sandy beach coast to chose your favorite spot. You can use car, bicycle, or you can just walk to reach it. Appartamento spazioso ed elegante in via Marino Torre, parallela della principale V. Fardella,cuore della città. A pochi minuti dal Mare e dal Centro storico. La location gode di meravigliose volte e maioliche storiche che daranno al soggiorno un fascino imperiale. La casa, perfetta per amici e famiglie,dispone di balconi e veranda esterna, ideale per colazioni all'aperto, tre camere da letto matrimoniali con aria condizionata. La zona giorno include cucina attrezzata, sala da pranzo e salotto.

La proprietà si fa carico di tutte le spese relative alle piattaforme.L’appartamento e’ nel centro storico, a pochi passi dal parcheggio, dal mare,dagli imbarchi per le Egadi, affacciato sulla graziosa piazzetta di S. Francesco diPaola. Finemente restaurato nel 2024,dotato di ogni comfort, aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, pronto per regalarvi un’esperienza unica . Ha anche un ampio terrazzo di 90 mq ben arredato e condiviso con l’appartamento Marettimo.

La sua posizione consente di raggiungere in poco tempo la spiaggia e stabilimenti balneari( 500 m) , il centro storico di trapani (800), supermercati, farmacie e ristoranti .
