Dista 5 km dal tempio di Segesta, 15 dalle spiagge di Castellammare del Golfo e dello zingaro. A 45 km è possibile raggiungere le splendide saline di Marsala e la città di Erice. Gli aeroporti di Palermo e Trapani sono a circa 35 km di distanza.

You can easily reach the cableway to Erice and the harbor to embark towards the Egadi islands, accessible by public transport but I will also be happy to drive you. Breakfast, baked by me, is included. The neighborhood offers every kind of service: supermarket, bar, bakery, newsstand, etc.

Situated in the center of Marsala, is possible to reach by walking the Wineries where you can taste the wine and the tipical local products, furthermore, if you continue the walking, you can find the Archaeological museums of Marsala. Not far from the tourist harbor where you can take a boat for the Egadi Islands ( Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo). Easy to reach by car or bus the bathing places or the famous "Saline di Mozia".

Camere di circa 14 m². La camera situata al primo piano, con meno scale, si affaccia sul cortile interno, mentre le altre, ai piani superiori, offrono vista sulle montagne. Tutte le camere dispongono di bagno privato con asciugacapelli e scaldasalviette, climatizzazione autonoma, telefono, mini frigo con acqua di cortesia e cassaforte.

The room on the first floor is spacious and bright, with new and linear furnishings. The evenings are cool, but there is a ceiling fan. The bathroom is spacious, equipped with a bathtub and rain shower, accessible directly from the room. We have reserved a portion of the terrace to dry towels and swimsuits.

The Dionisio room has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. However, the room is equipped with many comforts: air conditioning, TV, internet, bathroom set, sheets, personal hygiene products, which make the stay pleasant and practical. The room has a private bathroom.

This room has a double bed, a large French window and a private panoramic balcony, from which you can see the ships and ferries departing for the Egadi Islands. The room has a private bathroom complete with bidet, with a large 180 cm walk-in shower.
