Pleasant stay in this comfortable and very well-equipped cottage, very spacious, quiet, with a large garden. Games room available right next to the accommodation. Cave tour and walks to do nearby.

Maryline and Christian are hosts like I've rarely met. They are kind, generous and very respectful. The house is bigger than I expected and very well-equipped even for a long stay. This was my case and I did not miss anything, I was able to share, discover and enrich myself thanks to them while having my autonomy and my privacy. The environment is peaceful, quiet and pleasant. It's a total change of scenery but still close to Le Mans by car. I would recommend this place without hesitation and I will be back soon. Thanks to you Maryline and Christian.

Quiet and well-stocked house! We had a great time at Gerard's place. The greenhouse is a real plus in this capricious weather.

Very nice accommodation, we arrived at the same time as the owner was going out. I found it very friendly, indeed she had come back to make sure the pellet stove was full, and put a log back in the fireplace so that we were warm. Everything is clean. The spa part is really good. We were able to stay together with a sometimes different activity, sauna, jacuzzi and aperitif/ board games on the couch. The rooms are nice. No noise. And thank you for the little touches in the morning. We hope to be back soon. Thank you.😊

Amazing place with everything you need in an incredibly peaceful location. A fantastic place if you have dogs too with loads of space for them to run around and plenty of shade too.

We are delighted with our short stay at Philippe and Bernadette's place: the welcome was warm, the tips on the activities of the region rich, the place true to the description of the site and the delicious little welcome jams. Philippe has a fine knowledge of the region that will respond to any curious eager to explore its lands. We recommend this refreshing place.

Small, well-located and quiet accommodation

A little expensive , after I think the prices were due to the 24h of Le Mans which also took place but otherwise great!

The accommodation is charming, quiet and spacious. It sits in the countryside, in a relaxing setting. The hosts are welcoming and caring. I highly recommend staying there We will be happy to come back because we had a pleasant stay. Thank you again for your warm welcome.

Second stay, an absolute pleasure to stay in this space. Beautiful French home, unique and welcoming.

Two week work stay. Queen is both welcoming and discreet, attentive but never intrusive. The environment is not extraordinary, the cottage is slightly off-center, but the terrace is pleasant and we are a few minutes walk from the banks of Sarthe and the city center on one side (local shops, train station), and a large shopping area on the other. I had no vehicles and never suffered. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for central Le Mans, easy walking or tram to get about.

Christophe is a great host who knows how to put you at ease, attentive and flexible on schedules. The house was clean and everything was as described. He even has at my request add a mattress for the arrival of my guests;) Very nice and well organized

The proposed house Virginia and Vincent is simply superb which really enjoyed it and allowed everyone to leave with great memories full of heads. Stéphanie's welcome and exit were perfect, he is a very welcoming person and really concerned about the comfort of the occupants. Perfect for large groups who want to decompress. I would highly recommend it and would be happy to come back. 😁

Excellent weekend with friends in a cottage whose seclusion allows you to enjoy in peace. The equipment is complete to share multiple activities on the site (spa, swimming pool, flechettes, barbecue, ping pong, board games, etc.) while being able to easily walk the trails of the countryside around.

We had an amazing week in Vallon-sur-Gée. There are so many things to do in and around the Airbnb, like playing pool, visiting le Mans or just go for a swim in the pool. Also the communication was super fast and easy and the whole team of SoVillas was really helpful and nice.

Our family of 14 had the most wonderful stay at Bertrand and Sandra’s beautiful house. We had everything we needed… and more! The pool was wonderful, we enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks, playing boules, volleyball, table football and lawn games. The piano was also great - our son very much enjoyed playing it! The beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated all the small touches around the house - sharp knives, a well stocked spice drawer, excellent kitchen appliances, candles, kids toys and a beer cooler in the bar area. We enjoyed lovely days out to Le Mans historic city centre and L’Arche de la Nature park. There is lots to do in the area! We would 100% recommend a stay here for a perfect, relaxing family holiday.
