WELCOME: Come relax in my recently built timber-framed house, designed to enjoy a few days in the countryside, surrounded by fields, vineyards, and forests. Classified as 4-star tourist accommodation in 2026. Bread will be delivered the day after your arrival. As a Superhost since 2023, the house must be left in the same clean condition as it was upon arrival. PLEASE NOTE 1: This rental is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. PLEASE NOTE 2: A third bedroom is available upon request.

Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. The studio, with all comforts, is totally independent of our home . It is ideal for 2 adults,but the sofa bed can accommodate children . We can make available an umbrella bed. The garden and the swimming pool (during the summer) are shared.

Une place de stationnement est disponible à proximité du gîte. Location de vélos électriques possible sur demande pour découvrir la région.

It is located 10 minutes from Reims, and 20 minutes from Epernay by car, close to several UNESCO World Heritage sites. La Grange à Bulles can accommodate 5 guests with its two bedrooms and their private bathrooms, and its sofa bed. A private HOT TUB will allow you to relax at your leisure.
