La sua posizione permette di raggiungere in 10 minuti di auto la spiaggia di Torre Normanna in un tratto di costa bellissimo, il Lido Sporting e il borgo marinaro di San Nicola L'arena, dove nel suo porticciolo turistico è possibile noleggiare barche e gommoni.

La casa si trova a pochi chilometro da Cefalù, vicino al piccolo borgo di S. Ambrogio. Immersa nella natura, tra alberi di ulivo, a ridosso del Parco delle Madonie, la vista della rocca di Cefalù e delle isole dell'arcipelago delle Eolie, vi incanterà ad ogni ora del giorno col cambiare dei colori, passando dal'azzurro chiaro del mattino al rosso fuoco del tramonto al blù stellato della notte.

Roqamaris è un appartamento sito all'ultimo piano, (4), in pieno centro storico, che domina il famoso molo della cittadina normanna, con vista sul lungomare, dal terrazzo potrete ammirare un tramonto mozzafiato. A pochi passi, sono presenti tutti i più importanti siti storici e culturali oltre che i migliori ristoranti della città. La spiaggia più famosa di Cefalù, si trova a circa 10 metri.
