The villa is equipped with a 5x2 mini swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests. The barbecue area adjacent to the pool allows you to spend your days relaxing between the grill and pool. The villa is located in San Nicola, 2 km from the Trabia highway junction, 30 km from Cefalù and 40 km from Palermo airport!

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.
