Beachfront holiday rental in Town 'n' Country

We had a couple days to spend with family at Clearwater Beach and found this amazing place! They are correct, 70 steps and you have white sand and amazing views! They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels! Perfect! We decided to enjoy the restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance. There were so many, but Grey Roosters's recommendations were spot on! We were looking for relaxing time and we received it! We will ne back! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

The condo was excellent and was exactly as described. Loved how close it was to the beach and walkable to shopping, restaurants and activities. Can’t wait to come back!

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Great location. Good amenities for the price. Dishwasher was not working and Anna got us a dish rack right away. Extremely communicative and timely in response.

I was impressed as soon as I opened the door to Alison’s unit at Boca Ciega Resort. The studio condo was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and updated throughout. The view from the condo was outstanding, overlooking the stunning Boca Ciega Bay. The sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. Alison responded promptly when I encountered a minor issue entering the unit. I highly recommend Alison's place and will definitely return.

We’ve stayed at Beach Chill Inn before and it’s our go to(when it’s not booked). Room is a great deal, close to the beach, the 7Eleven, restaurants, and John’s Pass. Always very clean and host is very responsive! Love this little place. Recently had an issue with condo we had rented and I contacted Anne Marie who got us right in.

This was hands down the most well equipped rental we have ever used. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. You can truly pack your clothes, arrive, relax. They are great communicators and extremely responsive. Highly recommend this unit!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a large crew with us and never felt crammed. Our favorite spot was the table outside, under the house. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the dog across the way, but it was never a problem. The swamp smelled a little. The location is top notch - conveniently close to resturants and beaches. We recommend staying here if you have a large group who like their privacy!

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and amazing. It was a great place to gather for our family. We loved the pool and amenities. They thought of everything!! We would love to go back!!

This was our family’s second stay at Eric’s house and it was everything that we remembered from the first! So comfortable for our family of 4- enough privacy for the teens with an amazing outdoor space for all of us to be together! From morning coffee watching the birds to evenings listening to the fish jump with fun pool time in between… we enjoyed our time and will be back!

Had an amazing time here! Hosts are very accommodating and location is perfect, having everywhere you’d want to go on Clearwater Beach within a mile. I didn’t have to use my car all weekend! 🙌 There’s a local bar with live music one block away, the musician they had this past Friday night was great, pretty sure he’s starting a residency there every Friday! Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway with friends, family, or alone!!

Our family was able to stay here over our Easter break this year. My wife and I, our 3 kids, and my mom all stayed there. Everyone had their own bed and plenty of bathrooms. It was clean and had all the things we needed! Proximity to the beach was perfect! And also seems very safe. The girls were able to go up and down to the condo independently and we never felt unsafe! Thanks for a nice stay!!

My family and I loved this shore house rental. From the spacious accommodations (2 bedrooms perfect for my 10 and 8 year old daughters, respectively; and a full master suite on the upper level for my wife and me) to the extra beach amenities (beach chairs, wagon, cooler, and bikes) and games to play with the family — this was a perfect backdrop for our stay. Kudos to our host!

My wife and I and our two kids (7 and 3) had the best time during a last-minute spring break trip from New Jersey. Tanya’s home was perfect for us- fully stocked with beach amenities including chairs, an umbrella, and an abundance of beach toys, shovels, and balls for the kiddos. The condo was immaculate and even more spacious than the photos depicted. Being right on the beach was super convenient, and we enjoyed the pool as well (the pool and pool deck was spotless and attended to throughout the day). We did some light cooking and the kitchen has everything you could need for a quick meal or something more complex. The area is full of great restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive. My daughter wanted me to share that she has never seen a prettier sunset, too! We’ll be back!

Had a great experience on this lovely houseboat! It was very clean and esthetically pleasing. It had everything you needed to be comfortable during your stay. It was located in a great spot, easily able to walk, bike or rent golf carts to get to local restaurants etc. Being directly on the water with a back deck was very peaceful. We were able to fish and sip on our coffee's every morning and have a glass of wine at night. It was relatively private and very relaxing. We went on the dolphin jet ski tour which was a lot of fun. There were dolphins that swam right alongside our jet skis and one morning one came right up to the deck of the houseboat!! The beach is about a 5 minute walk and the white powdered sand and warm Gulf water was amazing! I would highly recommend this stay. It was a unique experience and our Host, Andrew was top notch!!!

This place is very close to the beach and walkable to the local stores and restaurants. Beautiful place - had everything we needed! We hope to return again!

What we enjoyed most about Shiloh's place was its close proximity to the Gulf and Sunset Beach. We walked from the property to the beach on numerous occasions, especially to watch the sunset. We also walked and rode are bikes to Fred Howard Park which was close by and also into Tarpon Springs, and onto the Pinellas Trail. The house was as described, and well stocked with all we needed. The newer washer/dryer came in very handy. Shiloh was very quick to respond, as we had an issue with a patio fan; and she had the fan replaced while we were there at no inconvenience to us. WE would return to this property!

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time at this property! The location was perfect - beautiful views, quiet, and a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a slow cooker to make some chili for dinner one night! There were a variety of games that kept us entertained on the one rainy day. The three bedrooms each have an attached bathroom, which was ideal for guests. The garage has an exercise area, lots of beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, etc.) and bikes. The shared pool is a nice size and has plenty of chaise lounges and chairs. Our favorite was the roof top deck with the hot tub and grill. Again, there is plenty of seating and lovely views from up there. Misty and her team responded within minutes to all of our questions, before we arrived and while we were there. We would highly recommend this property for your stay in Clearwater Beach!

We loved our stay! This house is wonderful for quality family time! It’s just a short walk from many restaurants and things to do. The beach access was nice and private which we really appreciated! There were many nice beach chairs and beach towels which was really nice. The half bath in the downstairs storage area was really handy, no need to get your feet all cleaned up and go upstairs to the bathroom if you were hanging out on the beach! We really loved the spacious house. The bathrooms were super nice. The beds were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to just be aware of and careful for is the sand on the beach near the house still had debris and glass in it from the hurricane. You just need to watch where you walk. The hot tub and back patio were destroyed in the hurricane as well. But we totally understand it takes time to get this stuff up and running again. Glad to see the area thriving again! We love Madeira beach!

We had the perfect stay, from the accommodations to the location, our families were extremely comfortable and relaxed! The host was courteous and communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We even brought our boat, which was an incredible touch and allowed us the opportunity to explore the area by water, as well as enjoy a quick walk to the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach. Highly recommend!
