Great location in a lovely neighborhood full of things to do. I could walk to my appointments. It fits exactly the description. The host was also very friendly and flexible. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful and amazing living in an apartment with young Mongolian couple. I shared the apartment - kitchen and bathroom with them, had my own bedroom with balcony to stay. They were always really helpful regarding my questions, showed me places around and really made my life in Ulaanbaatar easier:). Everything is super clean so you have to be clean too to match! Both speak english very well, so there wasnt much problem in dialogue. Modern apartment with modern people for affordable price, which is not quite usual here and even rare! 10/10 would recommend.

We had a lovely time, everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable, with nice design details. The location was perfect for us, we could walk everywhere. Communication was very efficient. Thank you very much.

It was an amazing stay at Tsetsen’s place which is right at the center of the UB city. Everything was approachable and at walking distance. There are several department stores and restaurants around. The apartment is cozy and has all basic amenities available. Host was always responsive and we had lots of discussions during our free time. Host even helped us to arrange taxi for our trip to national park and airport. 10/10 for an amazing stay. Thank you!

Staying at Dayar's place was perfect - peaceful neighborhood, close located mall, amazing view from the windows! Even there was some troubles with locked door by my fault so Dayar responded and managed it incredibly fast👍Gonna suggest this place to each my friends visiting Ulaanbaatar

大満足の滞在でした。 ホストさんは非常にフレンドリーで親しみがあり色々な事に気遣いをして頂きました。 途中建物ではなく地域の水道管の故障でお湯が出なくなったり断水になったりと普通であればかなり焦る出来事がありましたがホストさんの素早く正確な対応で問題なく過ごす事ができ振り返ればいいエピソードになったなと思います。 本当に快適に過ごす事ができ今後モンゴルに行った際にはまた利用したいと心から思えた宿泊先でした。 本当にありがとうございました。

Tanan communicated well. The photos matched the website. He gave taxi instructions in English and Mongolian. He provided a very helpful video before check-in and was incredibly responsive.

A great little apartment that had all we needed to be comfortable.

Our family loved our stay here. It felt like home with all the right stuff in all the right place. Everything is as described and looks like on picture. The bathrooms was so clean which was so important for me. The locatiion is also close to the city center. E-mart and coffe shops are in 5 min walk. Also we love this location for nearest big park where my dog could play. Thank you for host Boko. Yes i reccomend this AirBnB!

Very nice flat equipped with all you need for a longer stay for work and making excursions. Partment is calm, as it does not face the busy streets. Nika very friendly and responsive, her apartment manager Oscar very knowledgeable and always helpful. We felt very well taken care of and only can recommend the place, the owner and Oscar.

I like this place because there’s 3 different grocery stores around( sansar, minii and nomin) and 20 min walking distance to the national park. Also it was so peaceful and quiet during my stay, probably because of the main road is not close enough to disturb my sleep.
