The annex is an independent house located on 26,000 m2 of land, with a shared swimming pool of 12 m x 4 m. It was completely renovated in 2024. It has a total floor area of 90 m², comprising two 25 m² bedrooms (two beds in total), a 25 m² fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, and an entrance hall. Levernois is a charming little flowery village 2 minutes from the toll and 5 minutes from BEAUNE. Clos du Orger was thought of as a safe harbor.
