Bright and south-facing, it has a partially enclosed 1,000 m² plot with a heated swimming pool (May to September) facing the mountains and a spa (installation planned for mid-September 2026). For leisure activities, there is a games room with TV, table football, and arcade machine.

You will be enchanted by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. Our house and the farm premises are 80 metres from the dome and its terrace, with no neighbours overlooking. Hiking enthusiasts, you will find splendid walks nearby. If you prefer to enjoy the pleasures of skiing, the Saisies ski resort is half an hour and 15 km away. And if you want to rest, then the typical surroundings of Beaufortain and the panoramic terrace of the chalet will be there to soothe you.
