Upon arriving, Cris received us promptly and presented the whole house. The space was impeccable, well-equipped with full kitchen, barbecue, gelagua (a differential that I thought was great). The room also deserves to be highlighted: cozy, with comfortable sofa and TV, ideal for rest. On the second floor, the two bedrooms were well organized, with towels, liquid soap and everything very clean and carefully prepared. Although we did not use the kitchen, barbecue or the pool, we saw that everything was available, a structure that suits those who want to relax with more convenience. Another super positive point is the location: it is just 8 minutes walk from Rua da Xepa, which is one of the main points of the city, and with great restaurants. The region already has markets and other food options nearby

Great place, according to the description. Brand new place and well cleaned! Very quiet place, with good sound insulation, even having guests underneath, did not bother us. I have not seen any negatives, but some that can be improved and I believe they will because the space is very new.

Excellent stay. Just a small problem in the lock of the space that caused an inconvenient situation, but the host helped us get in at dawn. He was going to send someone to help us, but everything went well and he didn't have to. Excellent place, everything in tasty is close, so the place is very convenient, clean and comfortable. I went with a group of friends for the second time this year and it was amazing. Sara is very attentive and friendly. The environment is super organized, clean and we feel practically at home. I highly recommend it! Zumbi is a paradise and Sara's Chalets are the best option to stay in the area.

Paraiso de Maracajaú is as the name says: A paradise. Great place to relax and enjoy between the sea and the pool. Alberto's house is great, very well decorated and with all the items we need. Everything works perfectly. Access to the condominium is not difficult. In the city has everything you need with good options to eat and drink. I can't wait to repeat the trip. As a suggestion: a table on the balcony would be great :) In addition, I suggest to everyone who knows
