Super functional apartment, with 2 bedrooms and a social bathroom. Equipped with everything you need for a short or long peaceful stay here in São Miguel do Gostoso. We are inside the Shamballa condominium, one of the best addresses in Gostoso. By car, you will be 3 minutes from Rua da Xepa, 7 minutes from Ponta do Santo Cristo and 5 minutes from the best supermarket in the city. The condominium has a complete leisure area with a swimming pool, courts for various sports, and a gourmet space.
