Le cottage comprend un salon, une kitchenette, une salle d'eau, douche, WC. A l'étage une chambre avec un lit double avec vue sur le parc et 2 couchages lit simple, une mezzanine avec coin lecture. TV, dvd, poss. d'emmener une clé USB pour films ou dessins animés à brancher sur TV. Poss de connexion Netflix, canal+

Ce logement, chic et design, se trouve dans le centre historique d'Amboise. Situé à moins de 5 minutes à pied du Château Royal, il fait partie d'une résidence de 16ème siècle avec un jardin à la française. Les restaurants et commerces à 20 m à pied. L’emplacement idéal, avec la place de parking privée se trouve juste devant le logement. Attention ! La Chambre et la salle de bain sont à l’étage, le WC est au rez-de-chaussée. Si c’est un problème de descendre aux WC la nuit, ne réservez pas svp.

The house is situated on the site of an old 15th Century chateau and stud farm in more than 40 acres of beautiful countryside and lovely walks. Stunning en-suite bathroom and luxury kitchen. King sized bed with orthopedic mattress and Egyptian linens. All towels, including pool towels provided Sofa bed to provide for 2 additional guests.
