L'appartement comprend : Une cuisine équipée ouverte sur le séjour Deux chambres confortables : un lit queen size (160x200 cm) et un lit de 140x190 cm. Une grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire pour vous relaxer.

La résidence date des années 30, avec une cour intérieure et deux caves troglodytes. Le logement est au 1er étage, en duplex sur cour, avec son entrée et une possibilité de parking. On dispose d’une cuisine très équipée , semi-ouverte sur le salon; une chambre dotée d'une bonne literie; une seconde chambre avec deux lits simples ; une buanderie avec un lave -linge séchant et une salle d'eau avec une grande douche et double vasque . Tout y est prévu pour une bonne récupération .

À noter qu’il se trouve au troisième étage sans ascenseur mais la place de parking est tout près de l’entrée de l’immeuble.
