Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Totonicapán Department

All was good except to meet some difficulty at the gate .

the property was beautiful unfortunately we used it for a funeral stay and was not able to use the amenities but the blessing was the entire family was able to stay at the property and they loved it. It was safe and she had comfortable we had a good night's rest after being up 16 hours definitely recommend it she was a great host.

This is one of my favorite places at Xela , it feel like I’m home when I get there . I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was cozy, comfortable, and quiet. There was a shared area above it with a fantastic view of the volcanoes and the surrounding landscape. The kitchenette was surprisingly well-equipped, with everything I needed to cook simple meals. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. Oh, and there was a sauna on the property, which I was kindly invited to use during my stay. I truly enjoyed everything and definitely recommend this place!

I went for work reasons and, for my work team, the idea of staying at an Airbnb worked very well. The place is nice, cozy, well equipped and the host's service was excellent: she changed our towels and was always attentive. The location is ideal for those visiting Pradera Xela, and it also has security. I recommend it.

Very comfortable, clean and organized apartment. Easy to find and an excellent central location. The only thing I suggest is to change the curtains to dark ones in the rooms please, a lot of light comes in.

I was kind of skeptical at first since one of the other guests pointed me upstairs to my apartment (which was not upstairs and I carried 70lb of luggage up and down the stairs before finding the apartment). But, it was nice. I even extended my stay longer than originally planned because it was such good value. The encargada, Irma, is talented. Laundry (Q70 extra fee) is always done correctly and on time, the rooms are always clean and so on. There's a lovely park and other amenities near by (my favorite being the xelac cheese shop by the stadium), and it's within walking distance of la democracia market. It's a very safe area by Guatemalan standards, the people are friendly (unlike in Coban), and the local infrastructure is good. The front door is kind of hard to find at first since there is no sign and it's just an iron door, but not a problem once you know where it is. There's a nice atrium. It's always easy to contact someone. I enjoyed my stay.

A fantastic place to stay in Xela, a fully equipped apartment, nice and spacious and in a secure private courtyard. The owners are very kind and helpful and the place has a great vibe. The wifi is very strong and reliable and perfect for working online. Thanks for a great stay!
