The building is a new construction completed in November 2025. The entire 46 m², 3-bedroom, one-floor apartment is for private rental. Everything from the entrance to the bathroom is for the exclusive use of guests, and there are no facilities shared with other guests. It has received high ratings from many guests as "very clean", and the staff carefully clean it every time and take responsibility for checking it until the final check.
