It has two good sized swimming pools (one for children), barbecue ,comunal gardens, paddle courts, playground and showers, Easily parked outside. The apartment compris 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and living room,. It is a ground floor apartement with a large terrace almost 50sqm with garden furnitures.

Magisk utsikt över Medelhavet och Nerja ingår! Lägenheten har två sovrum och ligger i Punta Lara i slutet av stranden Playa El Playazo, precis väster om Nerja.
