Family with 4 little kids, we had a great few days at the apartment. Easy and quick walk to the beach!

the house is super spacious, but in I am very cold days. It is in a very good location near the sea but to move to Lisbon or another destination is relatively far away.

This place was absolutely perfect. Everything was spotless and exactly as described, with amazing attention to detail — it truly felt like a home that someone put their heart into. The location was very convenient and just a short walk from the ocean, which made the stay even more special. The bed was super comfortable, it was peaceful and quiet at night, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always responding instantly and providing everything I might need — from coffee and tea to spices and oil. Every little touch showed such care and hospitality. We felt completely at home here and would love to come back. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, thoughtful, and cozy stay by the sea.

Another anniversary last at Mia's House and it couldn't have been better! Fátima is a sweetheart and there is always a mime waiting for us. The house was as always immaculate. Great space to enjoy the beach and good company, in our case friends. The house has everything you need and a few extras that guarantee a good time (board games, sound column).

This accommodation is convenient, clean and comfortable and is located in a quiet area with beautiful surroundings to discover. We had a good time, we definitely recommend it

A wonderful villa for those looking to relax in a pleasant and cozy environment, while also with options to get to know some sights. The villa is excellent for moments with family and friends, well equipped and with everything for our convenience. The swimming pool is one of the highlights of the villa, a pleasant temperature even though it is cold days… We were surprised by the size of it, because in the photos it appears to be much smaller than it really is. Large rooms with an excellent structure a living room that provides moments of relaxation, good conversations and conviviality. My family and I were very happy for our choice. I take this opportunity to thank the reception that was wonderful, as was the chekout. Thank you and we will definitely repeat…

The perfect family holiday headquarter. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood near a couple of small restaurants within easy walking distance. The place itself is clean, spacious and has everything you could wish for. We stayed there with our 1.5 yr old son and the courtyard, plunge pool and extra bedroom were just perfect. And lastly, Francisco is an amazing host with a great personality, who was super welcoming, responsive and helped us with recommendations for things to do in the area. We will be back!

We (a group of 6 people between 28 and 33 years) spent 5 nights at the property and were completely satisfied! The space is modernly decorated and there was nothing missing. Especially the pool and barbecue area were often used by us! Communication before the trip, as well as during check-in and check-out, went smoothly and super fast. We would come back :-)

This was our first time a long the Portuguese coast. Daniel Michele's place was wonderful. Short walk to the beach, and short drives to explore everything else.

Amazing stay!! 10/10 would recommend. We stayed for 10 nights with two kids (3yrs and baby). The kitchen was big, the apartment spacious with a nice terrace. Plenty of toys for the kids and parasol & chair for the beach. Filipe gave us many local tips, food options and things to do. I even took private surfing lessons from his neighbor, which turned out to be the owner of one of the surfing schools. The beach is a 1 min walk from the apartment. The house literally next door is a yoga studio which my wife often went to. The only thing we did not used was the pool, which was kind of hidden. Its shared with all the apartments in the block and not heated. But overall we will definitely book this apartment again when we visit Ericeira.

We love the stay, from the fabulous view in the courtyard where the pool is located, to the comfort and functionality of the whole house, which is decorated with great taste! We love all the pamps available, from toiletries, to sun loungers, etc...! All this plus the friendliness, kindness and availability dispensed by D. Lídia and family make this accommodation a fabulous holiday destination! We highly recommend your stay in this little paradise and we will return many more times!

this one was absolutely perfect for a wonderful relaxing stay. It is exactly as the photos show and the proximity to the sea cannot be understated. It's quick walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars and the local market. It was great to know that you are renting from someone who owns this home themselves, their great grandfather built it, and they've cared for it lovingly. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout, in addition to just meeting every expectation of standard amenities.

The reception was very warm and we were even entitled to a delicious little treat (thank you!). The view of the apartment is amazing and is very close to the beach.

The house was incredibly spacious, clean, and thoughtfully organized, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The view of the sea from the property was absolutely stunning, and the large, airy rooms added so much comfort to my time there. I had everything I needed, and it was clear that the hosts really care about creating a great experience for their guests. This place gave me exactly the kind of peace and relaxation I was hoping for. I’d love to come back someday, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Portugal

The Highlight was the nearby fish restaurant (Clube Naval Praia da Assenta) There is a really stunning and beautiful view of the ocean and the apartment is situated in a house slightly outside of Assenta.

This is truly a home away from home. A beautiful large apartment with wonderful sunset view. It has everything you need. Tiago, Carlos, and Graça are the most wonderful people. They could not have more accommodating and helpful.

The house was perfect for our stay. Communication with the host has been excellent from the start, always attentive and willing to help. The house was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel very comfortable. In addition, the location is unbeatable, close to everything but in a quiet area. This is the second time we've been, and we'd do it again!

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was within walking distance to beaches, surf school, restaurants, bakery, cafes, ice cream shops, and the down town. There are many stairs to climb, so may not be for everyone. The kitchen has many utensils, pots and pans for cooking dinners. The Lidl grocery store is a 8 minute drive. We ate at the Steakhouse Mar de Carne twice... excellent! I would think my only negative was the living room seating. One couch for 3 people, and 2 small uncomfortable chairs didn't work for the group of 5 we had. Walk down to the Tsunami Surf School and take a surf lesson, you won't be disappointed. They were excellent!!! The cleaners were ready to take over when we checked out and we're very pleasant and happy we had a good stay. All around, we'd stay here again.
