very nice house to be with friends. it worked perfectly for 3 couples and 4 children. with proper heating for the cold. outdoor area for good for playing with children. kitchen equipped with appliances to be able to feel at home.

This place is absolutely stunning. My whippet was over the moon about this surrounding. This is a huge place, with a private, small river with chill-out areas alongside. Herbs and and trees all-over the place. I loved that there were 2 sections of the property: 1. the "Insta-like" garden with jacuzzi and BBQ and the 2. wilderness of private mini-trail alongside the river. The hosts are very responsive. All my messages were replied within literally 10 minutes. Im someone who would not like to sleep alone in a house in a forest, but in this case the host´s house is on the same property, so I didnt feel alone, still they gave me 100% privacy. When I arrived I was showed around, they recommended herbs to make tea with, told me about trails around and shortly about the history of the village. Im very sure I will be a regular here :)

I booked this Airbnb as a surprise for my girlfriend and we had a lovely time - the hosts were very friendly and communicative, the house was very well equipped, super cozy, organized and clean. The outdoors, the jacuzzi and the shared spaces were amazing, we even got to see the fireflies at night! Would absolutely love to book again!

This was the most amazing villa we’ve stayed in. We stayed in the main villa that features a wonderful kitchen, outside BBQ and the most wonderful lounge area (huge!) that has a bi-folds on to a balcony that looks out to rolling hills. The facilities are brand new, and include everything you need. Each room has its own balcony area, that leads on to private lawns with loungers. To the opposite site of the villa, a large pool that is cleaned every morning. Vitor is on site for any questions/help. There can be a strong breeze so bring something with sleeves for sitting out in the evenings.

A group of friends who got together at José Pedro's house, we loved the whole experience. The exterior area of the house is exceptional, barbecue, swimming pool, living area in front of the pool, provided us with what we were looking for. José helped us with everything we needed, from flexible check-in to recommendations in the surroundings. 5 ⭐️ we will return. Thank you all. Regards

An unforgettable week in your holiday home Our week in your holiday home was truly a dream. The panoramic view over the ocean and the beach was breathtaking , waking up to that view every morning was pure magic. What made the stay extra special were the small observations that coloured local life. It was fascinating to see how people enthusiastically took selfies at the most beautiful places. It was also impressive to see how suppliers brought their products down the steep stairs – a true art in itself. The balcony was a true paradise: spacious, comfortable and with a view that invited us to enjoy the surroundings for hours. Although we noticed the musty air in the bedroom, we accepted this. With the tips we received to regulate the humidity, we were able to further optimise our stay. A fan for the night would be a welcome addition to improve the air circulation. Charming and peaceful.Elio was very friendly and helpful to us and spoke very good English which helped since we do not have much Portuguese. The cottage was lovely and the surrounding countryside stunning. We enjoyed the pool and also the little plunge pool just outside our front door.

It is already the second year we repeat and we will continue to do so because in this Casinha everything is good energy and comfort and Erika is exceptional, attentive, kind and generous.

This beautifully updated traditional stone house exceeded our expectations in pretty much every way! It is quaint but with everything we needed for our 3-night stay, including good heat (which we used due to the chilly weather). We gave all 5s except one 4 because the house is right next to the road. The 18" thick walls in the house keep the noise to a minimum and the road is not busy at all, so no big deal. The host prepared a super-helpful booklet of nearby sights and restaurants that we referred to regularly (in both Portuguese and English). We can't recommend this place highly enough!

It was a very pleasant experience! Margarida’s place is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, charming and she really made us feel like home. A true gem! Great place to stay for a family vacation with lots to do around.

Nice house and terrace. It is a little outdated and could use some modernization. The room is spacious and there is a nice terrace with view.

The grandmother's house corresponded exactly to the photos, it was very well equipped, well cared for and was very welcoming, in which we felt as if we were at home. It has a nice outdoor space and you can park on the premises. In addition, it is well located about 10 minutes from the beaches of Sesimbra. From the beginning, we felt well received by Gonçalo, who always responded whenever we had any questions, as well as by Mr. Afonso, who welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always available to help us. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Sesimbra, whether you go as a couple or with small children!

It was great staying at Marta’s place, the kitchen is spacious and has everything you need, the rooms are confortable and has enough blankets (it was a bit cold when I went). The location could be a bit tricky to find, the surrounding is peaceful and super quiet, 10 min drive to a beautiful beach, wish I had more time but my stay was short. Would go back again.

It is at Dina's place to enjoy peace, space and beautiful views. And you are dealing with a very friendly host, so recommended!!

If you are looking for a nice and quiet place near the beach and close to a train station to Lisbon, then you are really in the right place. Super friendly and helpful host and hostess. Palacio de Montserrate is close by and very worthwhile. This place is a must!

Virginia communicated nicely. Her daughter Marta greeted us very nicely and was very helpful. The property was charming and very rustic. The garden and pool area were surprisingly spacious and characterful

We felt very comfortable in Benoit's house. Everything is there for a nice trip to the sea. In the rather simple village, you are almost the only tourist. Coffee, milk and bread are available on site. It's a bit of a walk to the nearest supermarket. But that was described.
