The location is perfect! From the apartment you can walk to all the restaurants and bars, also coffeehouses and all the things you need to see in Alcala de Henares. Also bus is very accessible and the neighborhood is clean well kept and people is amazing!!!!

El piso es genial, está ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso, todo excelente. El piso es exactamente lo que ofrecen, estaba todo limpio y ordenado Recomendable 100%

Javier and Natalia’s place was as homey as it gets, it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect. It’s close to all the restaurants we wanted to try and nearby all the sights we wanted to visit, so we barely had to use transit. Communication could be a bit more consistent, but it was okay overall. What we appreciate most is that they accommodated us with an early check-in. When we arrived, we met Carmina, who was so welcoming and gracious toward our kids! We’d definitely stay there again!

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. It’s really conveniently located in the centre of the city and is beautifully furnished. We had a bit of trouble entering on check in but the host was extremely responsive and helped immediately.

Tal como muestran las fotos, nuevo, amplio, a un paseo del centro historico. Cómodo si vas en familia o con niños pequeños porque es fácil acceder ya que es un bajo. La comunicación con el propietario fue muy fluida y siempre disponible

Cómodo y fácil de acceder, bien comunicado con el resto de la ciudad, el lugar tenía todo lo necesario para hacernos estar como en casa, pasamos unos buenos días allí

Heerlijke dagen gehad in het mooie Madrid en het prachtige appartement, echt een aanrader. Supermarkt, bakker en openbaar vervoer op loopafstand.

Excellent apt in a great neighborhood, very walkable to sights. Elevator wonderful. Good restaurants close by. Wonderful feel of city center but quiet. Terrific apt.

Si buscas un alojamiento y sois más de 6 personas tened en cuenta que el espacio se hace pequeño para hacer vida, pero si básicamente vais a dormir y asearos es perfecto. Muy acogedor, cómodo y con bastantes utensilios en la cocina y bien equipado en general (plancha para ropa por ej).

Loved our stay at Miguel’s place. Quiet and cozy, lovely furnishings with high end details. Miguel was so flexible in letting us leave our bags before checking in. After our red eye flight, that was helpful. Ate out for our meals but kitchen had everything needed for cooking and eating in. A/C units were both in living room area as well as bedroom which was nice as it was in the high 90 degrees when we were there. The only thing I would add is a tv in the bedroom but we Americans love our tvs. I was there with my adult son who slept on a very comfortable sofa and it would have been nice to have my own tv in the bedroom. A very pleasant stay in a safe neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and museums all within walking distance. I recommend it and would stay there again.

Great location, great condo and good communication with the host!

Es una apartamento cómodo, con una excelente ubicación cerca al aeropuerto de Barajas (10 minutos aproximadamente en vehículo) con accesos sencillos y líneas de metro cerca. El vecindario es tranquilo y tiene restaurantes y mercados cercanos. La experiencia con el administrador el inmueble fue excelente con una gran comunicación, productividad y eficiencia con todos los procesos. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo para estancias cortas cerca al aeropuerto! El precio fue correcto.

Víctor fue muy amable y me ayudó en todas las dudas que tenía de la estadía desde el principio. El lugar es amplio, limpio y muy bien ubicado con el metro a tan solo dos cuadras. Nos recomendó excelentes lugares para visitar y siempre fue muy servicial.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Madrid. Appartement très spacieux, confortable, conforme aux photos, idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes activités, nous avons pu tout réaliser à pieds. Facile de s’y rendre en métro via l’aéroport. Nous avions demandé une décoration de bienvenue avec des ballons et nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir que notre demande avait été réalisée. Je recommande +++

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Estancia maravillosa en esta casa ubicada dentro de una finca rural. Fui con mi novia para una escapada romántica y el lugar era perfecto. Es cierto que son dos plantas y dos alojamientos, y por consiguiente puedes tener vecinos, y también es cierto que el guardés de la finca vive a unos 50 metros; pero en ningún momento sentí invadida mi intimidad. Los muebles y la decoración son preciosos y en excelente estado. El entorno es muy bonito, plena naturaleza. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetirla.

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.

Raquel fue muy gentil y además nos dejó un vino frio muy rico más todo lo necesario para un desayuno para nuestra estadía. También ññefamos temprano y nos permitió dejar nuestras maletas hasta el horario de entrada. Las instrucciones de la casa son claras y precios que entendimos inmediatamente. Muchas gracias Raquel!
