Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Five-minute walk to the metro stop, near the Prada Foundation and several restaurants and pubs. The apartment is well organized: the living room with dining area, work space and comfortable sofa bed; the bedroom with double bed and desk. Lovely country villa in Bereguardo, located about 1 km from the center of the village in a green and quiet area, within the Ticino Lombard Park. Guests have access to the entire apartment on the upper floor of the villa, with a separate entrance. Suitable for families and friends, accommodates up to 5 people. Outside: swimming pool, garden and barbecue. 3 Bicycles available free of charge. The owners have 2 dogs in their private garden: Creed and Eja.

The Azalee

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.

Entire floor fully equipped in a semi-independent courtyard house immersed in the Ticino Park, but very close to the points of greatest interest in the province of Pavia and Milan. Ideal for short or long stays, for young people or families, you can use it for work or vacation. For any need, we live upstairs. In July 2023, redevelopment work was carried out, there is no longer a shared entrance with us, but the house is all for you! Welcome!
