Offre due piani: nel primo si trovano l'ingresso, cucina, soggiorno con divano letto singolo ed un bagno servito. Nel secondo piano, con il soffitto di travi in legno, si trova una camere da letto, con letto matrimoniale ed un bagno con tutti i servizi. La camera è dotata di un piccolo balcone, Aria Condizionata!
