Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Like last year, we spent the week of August in this lovely apartment, perfect for spaces and location, a few meters (approx. 150 m) from the beach. Quiet, equipped with a good air conditioning system (necessary for the season!) and all the supplies for a short stay, washing machine and wifi included. Caroline and Marco have always been ready for every request for support and clarification.

Federico is a very accommodating host. The communication went smoothly and very friendly. Messages were responded to very quickly and also a spontaneous change in arrival time was not an issue. The apartment is very nicely located, right on the beach. You can walk very quickly to the pedestrian zone. In the apartment you will also find everything you need for cooking, etc. It was a very nice and successful stay. Thank you for that 😊

Tidy and clean apartment, equipped with every necessary accessory, in an extraordinary location facing the sea. Pebble beach, but the sea is also easily accessible via a small jetty with steps. We also took advantage of the paddles provided by Donald. The town of San Lorenzo is quiet. The most lively places are a few kilometers away. Donald is nice, precise and present if needed. The apartment is also ideal for those traveling like us with their dog. Dogs are allowed access to the sea almost everywhere and at any time, with the exception of some short stretches.

We had absolutely fantastic stay at Angelo’s apartment in Cividale. This is a stunning high end property with olive tree floor boards, marble bathrooms, real Murano chandeliers, two very comfortable double beds and the huge terrace with the best view of the town. You can just enjoy your holidays chilling out on the terrace overlooking at the old “devil‘s bridge” and you’ll be fascinated by beauty of Cividale. There was everything you need in this apartment, including welcoming gift from the Angelo - lovely drop of prosecco from prosecco hills region. Also we tried the restaurant which Angelo suggested us. Absolutely delicious local specialties. And city tour is also very interesting. Overall the best traveling experience since long time. This place is truly Italy: accommodation, history, food, nice fashion shops and no mass tourism! We highly recommend!

Sandro's spacious apartment is tastefully decorated. You'll find everything you need. The location is great, as the apartment itself is quiet, but many nice bars, restaurants, squares, meeting places make for a lively life. As a host, Sandro is incredibly helpful, caring, and always quick to respond to questions. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend it.

We went to a sporting event in Jesolo and therefore the place was perfect. But also in a great location for day trips or beach days.

Emanuel and his parents are very nice and warm hosts. The apartment is very nice and corresponds to the photos. A highlight is the very lovingly designed garden with jacuzzi. Supermarket, restaurants and the sea are within easy walking distance. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

Aqua apartments was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect- close to main food areas, yet set slightly back from the main road so it felt very peaceful inside. They were also very easy to communicate with- they answered all questions very promptly and were also very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi for us which made the check in process seamless! Would stay here again for sure!

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

The apartment is very large, spacious, bright, very clean and well equipped. In the house there were also soaps, shampoos and some basic necessities in the kitchen. Very comfortable in the center of Mel. A little noisy because it's along the main street, but the fixtures insulate well from noise. Recommended!

Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. Cool area to relax, large terrace, fine pool and for the farewell there was a bottle of olive oil from the trees on the terrace... Wonderful

Nice apartment, has everything what you need to spend your magic time in Venice. Even with baby, Mirko provided us a cot. I had no bad impressions at all. Absolutely worth money spent

The house is huge and we had a wonderful experience. The infrared spa sauna was also a treat. Loved every moment. Stefano was very helpful and responsive.

Wanted somewhere close to the Archives as I was doing research there. But it turned out to be our favourite sestiere in Venice - much quieter than San Marco but just as central and beautiful. The flat is tucked away but there were clear instructions. We didn’t use the very impressive tub or sauna. You do need to keep the windows closed at night as - while it’s basically very quiet, conversations from the odd late night passers-by are just a few feet away. But the flat was just what we wanted and the croissants at the Archivio bar in Campo S Stin are the best in Venice! Will return.

Lara is a wonderful host. She has thought of what she would like in an Airbnb and provided it in her own. She was brilliant at arranging early check in and helped us with a noise issue effectively. The apartment is spacious, modern and (important to me) has perfect black out shutters, fans, AC and coffee!! A note on the location; it is obviously not in the lagoon or in any sort of tourist area. The bus stops are over the road and it is easy but it gets very busy on there and you may end up standing both ways. Not an issue for us but worth mentioning. You can get the train one stop using the one day passes for the boats etc. That was more comfortable (for us). There are places to eat but it’s not like there is something every five metres as in the lagoon. We walked to Mestre centre and went to Da Pino which was utterly wonderful but less good if you are on tired legs! None of this is a problem but worth mentioning if travelling with a party that’s less mobile. Overall great place!!

The location was great! Everything is walkable. The host was great in communication with us and made the visit easy. The place is small and if a spa is a bonus for you then this is a great option. Too hot for us to even consider. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. While we never made a meal, there seemed to be plenty of items needed if you wanted to.

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!

Our stay was very nice and relaxed. The hosts were very helpful and super nice to always reach quickly. The hot tub was our highlight.
