Holiday rentals with beach access in Torre Colonna-Sperone

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet. Wir haben es bei unserem Check-in sehr sauber vorgefunden. Besonders gefiel uns die Dachterasse mit Blick zum Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer und in die Berge. Die Kommunikation mit Salvatore hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Gern Wieder:)

Beste Wohnung, die wir bisher hatten. Die Terrasse ist einfach eine Sensation und man will eigentlich gar nicht das Haus verlassen, weil die Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Berge einfach toll ist. Terrasse von anderen Nachbarn nicht einsehbar. Es gibt sogar mehrere Beleuchtungsoptionen für die Nacht - an alles ist gedacht. Einzig die Anfahrt durch die Altstadt ist je nach Autogröße nervenaufreibend, aber machbar. Es gibt aber auch kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (unter anderem über Easypark buchbar) direkt 2 Minuten ums Eck. Achtung im Sommer bzw. zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten: Es gibt im Ort verkehrsbeschränkte Zonen (ZTL), in die man mit dem Mietauto nicht reinfahren/durchfahren darf. Kameras erfassen alles und die Strafen können im Nachhinein richtig teuer werden. Einfach vorher informieren oder nachfragen.

Siamo state molto bene! La vista dal balcone era molto bella. La comunicazione con Giuseppe è stata molto semplice. L'appartamento è collocato a pochi minuti di camminata dal mare. Posto consigliato!

Francesco's Apartment ist eine Perle im hektischen Cefalu - und im übrigen das einzige mit einem direkten Zugang zum Strand der Altstadt! Es ist fast surreal schön, die Wohnung vom belebten Boulevard aus zu betreten und nach ein paar Schritten durch die Zimmer am Meer zu stehen. Die Wohnung selbst ist funktional ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht. Abgesehen vom Bad sind alle Zimmer in einer Reihe gelegen. Die Kochnische ist recht klein, aber ausreichend, da sich der Essbereich direkt anschliesst. Bad ist fein, Schlafzimmer recht gross und man kommt von dort direkt auf den atemberaubenden "Balkon". Bauartbedingt gibt es keine Fenster in der Wohnung (abgesehen von Bad, Haus- und Balkontür), was die Wohnung die manchmal ein wenig dunkel erscheinen lässt - aber wer hält sich hier schon freiwillig im Inneren auf? Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, es war ein unglaublich schöner Urlaub und ein toller Gastgeber. Grazie mille, Francesco!

Amazing weeks stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Cefalu. A lovely welcome (including a complementary breakfast, wine and juice) with suggestions of restaurants and things to see was very appreciated. The apartment was spotless with everything you could need and a lovely little balcony. The location was perfect being only a stones throw away from the beach and the hustle and bustle of the plaza. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone planning a trip to the enchanting town of Cefalu!

Tiziana is an amazing host. Very thoughtful and she thinks about her guests. One of the nicest hosts and nicest places I’ve stayed.

Giovanni’s apartment has three very large bedrooms each with its own little balcony (with a handy washing line). There is also a huge outdoor terrace which is beautiful with potted plants and outdoor furniture. The perfect place to have a dinner al fresco if you want to cook. Cooking is easy as the kitchen has a great stove with hot plates and the Capo market has lots of fresh foods and ingredients. There is also a supermarket a short walk away. Giovanni will give you great restaurant recommendations if you do not feel like cooking!

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! We got a super warm welcome with some local sweets, which was such a nice surprise. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The hosts were great – always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The location is just few minutes off the main road between Palermo and Cefalù, so it’s a perfect spot for exploring the northern part of Sicily. Despite the road being close, it was very quiet in the apartment. One thing we loved was how cool the apartment stayed – even though it was really hot outside, we didn’t need to use the AC at all thanks to the curtains keeping the heat out. The bedroom stays pretty dark throughout the day because the window doesn’t let in much light. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

Ein wunderschönes Air Bnb, dass über die perfekte Lage verfügt. Man gelangt fussläufig zum Strand, befindet sich aber auch mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Auf den beiden Balkonen hat man die Möglichkeit gemütlich zu frühstücken und das Treiben auf der Straße zu beobachten. Die Unterkunft war sauber und Claudio hat uns herzlich in der Unterkunft empfangen. Es gab sogar die Möglichkeit sein Gepäck, noch vor der Check In Zeit in der Unterkunft abzustellen. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft jeden der eine schöne Zeit in Cefalu verbringen möchte.

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay. Die Unterkunft von Carlo war sehr ruhig mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Der CheckIn mit Carlos Mutter war sehr herzlich und trotz Sprachbarrieren (von beiden Seiten) unkompliziert. Alle Zimmer sind super sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt für das/ die Schlafzimmer leider kein AC, weshalb es bei wärmeren Temperaturen sehr warm werden kann. Die Terrasse teilt man sich mit Carlos Onkel Alfredo, der jedoch nur wenige Minuten am Tag draußen ist. Alfredo kann gut deutsch ist sehr sympathisch und immer für einen Schnack zu haben. Über Nacht war er nie da. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, jedoch wenig touristisch erschlossen, weshalb es empfehlenswert ist einen Mietwagen zu buchen und das ein oder andere Wort italienisch zu lernen.

We had a wonderful stay. The house, located right on the beach, was just a stone’s throw from a small village and close to Palermo, making day trips to places like Cefalù very doable. The host was very pleasant to deal with – friendly and flexible. In short, highly recommended!

We loved our stay here - right near everything, walkable to the port and the beach and local shops. It was exactly as pictured and such a gem in the center of the area. The hot tub and terrace were extra special!

This apartment is in an amazing location right in the centre of Cefalù. The balcony view of the cathedral is truly stunning. Antonio was super responsive and left clear instructions and great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was beautiful - it seems to have been decorated since the photos were taken so there were some differences but great overall.

Easy check-in with special thanks to Antonella for patiently waiting for us to arrive. Michele and Doriana were responsive and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The home is as described in pics, and perfectly positioned for an incredible view of the sunrise. The area is easy to walk with beaches, shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more nearby. Inside the home is decorated with amazing artworks and paintings that almost made us forget the natural beauty outside. Gabbiano Blu is a heavenly slice of Sicily. Highly recommended! Our stay at Federico’s apartment was wonderful. We had a very relaxing time and we were blown away by the attentiveness of our host. The apartment was incredibly well stocked with everything from beach equipment to more than enough coffee pods. We look forward to returning one day!

We had an absolutely wonderful 5-night stay at Robert and Francesco’s beautiful apartment in Cefalù. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive hosts, making sure everything was perfect for ourstay. The apartment itself is stunning—tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the terrace—spacious, peaceful, and offering breathtaking views. We spent every morning enjoying coffee and every evening watching the sunset from there. It truly made the experience unforgettable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and historic center, yet tucked away enough to feel like a relaxing retreat. Robert and Francesco were always available for recommendations or assistance, and their hospitality made me feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cefalù. Highly recommend, and we hope to return soon.

AGAVE was a beautiful place nestled in the charm of Cefalù. Gorgeous high ceilings, spacious rooms and full of character. Three nights didn’t seem like enough time. The balcony off the kitchen was perfect for breakfast, afternoon snacks and evening glasses of wine. We loved this apartment as our home base for exploring Cefalù. It is an easy walk from everywhere. Maria provided fantastic recommendations! We were able to enjoy places in Cefalù we wouldn’t have known about without her recommendation.

We can not say enough good things about Marta’s place! First, the location with the view of the water is perfection. We had several meals enjoying the balcony seating. The space offers everything you may need and the location of Deco grocery around the corner is a bonus. This location is walkable to the train station and Silvio picked us up there upon our arrival which was so thoughtful. We used beach chairs and an umbrella that other guests had left for the beach! The washing machine came in handy to refresh our travel clothes. We could go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay and next time we visit, we will gladly stay here again!
