This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Our house, an old peasant residence built in the 1600s entirely in stone and guarded by our family for generations, it is a place where history meets the most authentic beauty of nature. Spectacular sunsets, regenerating silences and a swimming pool that invites you to let go. It's not just a vacation but an experience of pure well-being to be lived.

Detached typical Italian Villa, architecturally built for 4 to 8 people. You can enjoy the Villa with its own swimming pool and wide views over the wine fields here. Your host and winemaker Matteo Piccinini has his vineyards here, and he makes you feel right at home. We have decorated our villa Hotel Chique while retaining the characteristic elements. During the season, you can also go to the public swimming pool, where there is a wonderful happening every day.

Borgo Sfogliata - Grandpa's house - Mornico Losana

It is an ancient building dating back to the end of the 1800s, completely renovated in all its parts, respecting the structure of the period, just completed. The bedroom, with exposed beams, is very charming, has a balcony that allows a spectacular view of the plain on one side and the hills on the other. In the living room, the period wood-burning fireplace has been preserved and in the adjacent woodshed, you will find firewood.

Ciel d'oro home - Pavia

Located in Pavia, right in the center, in front of the Basilica of San Pietro in Ciel D'Oro and Casa Milani, it offers bright accommodation with a separate entrance, loft bed, large windows and glass curtains.
