We enjoyed our stay immensely! The unit is exactly as described – clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need. Communication with the host was quick and easy and helped us with helpful info about the area. The location is excellent. We would definitely stay again!

Had great time at this apartment. Instructions on how to get inside were clear. The place is clean and looks just like the photos. Apartment is located right at the center of Pefkochori, but because of its placement it’s still very quiet and relaxing. It takes you two-three minutes to get to the comfortable beach. Restaurants around are great and the guide that host gave us was helpful. Communication with host was easy, friendly, they responded quickly and with care. I would definitely recommend it.

Kyriakos’ place was awesome! It looked even better than the pictures. The host was responsive and helped us with recommendations and everything we needed. The surroundings are peaceful and wonderful. Can’t wait to come again!

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

Our stay at Ioannes was really wonderful. The description of the pictures corresponds exactly to what we found: the apartment was modern and aesthetically furnished, tidy and clean. From the parasol for the beach to the ironing board to pots and pans, everything you need for a nice holiday was there. And you are right by the sea! Ioannes was very likeable and welcomed us kindly in Kalyves. We particularly liked the flexibility and hospitality of Ioannes: not only were we able to check into the apartment at 1:00 a.m. (due to the very late flight) without any problems, but we were also greeted with a small snack. The contact with Ioannes was pleasant, smooth and problem-free. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

We were in Greece for the first time and are thrilled with the accommodation and the host. The apartment has a very nice location. Very quiet in a residential area with direct sea views. Check-in is done using a numeric code. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning that works perfectly, a small kitchen that contains the essentials for two people, shutters, shower gel, etc. Shower and toilet are separate. In general, the building is a very new construction (3 years old during my stay). The best thing was that the host actively approached us after arrival and gave us recommendations for good restaurants and attractions. After consultation with us, the apartment was cleaned daily. The beach and the waterfront of Nea Roda are within walking distance. In general, it is a great location to do things nearby. I highly recommend this place.

Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

We had a really nice time and enjoyed every second of it. Theo was very helpful! He immediately answered our requests! We can really recommend the house!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alterra Vitta’s home by sea! Firstly, we had clear communication and instructions about all the necessary details. At the check in we were met by Kostas which explained everything from the house, grill and washing machine etc. Additionally, they have provided us with a booklet with all the best beaches and restaurants in all of Sithonia. We had some issues with the water being cold and the pressure being a bit bad so the shower head didn’t have enough pressure to work. However, Kostas came and fixed it straight away and informed us if there would be such an issue again to inform us and he would help! But luckily there wasn’t any problem again. Lastly, we were pleased with the conditions and it looked like in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends that are planning their holiday in Sithonia!

Such a wonderful and magical home away from home. A private location with a short walk to a beautiful beach. The home is close to some great restaurants and a supermarket. The amenities were fantastic as Evi really put thought and care into what a guest would need. We were really sad to leave and hope to come back next year. Thank you very much for a special experience.

Great apartment. Nice location for driving to other towns and beaches, and also short walk to restaurants and beach nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy. The host was kind enough to leave lots of local produce for us on arrival.

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

The apartment was great, clean and on a great location. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was as expected, the Lanlord was nice and sympathic and we could enjoy the morning coffee with a beautiful view on mount Athos.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

My daughter and her family with 2 kids spent a wonderful little vacation at George's place. His hospitality was outstanding and very friendly, the appartment was very clean and comfortable, the garden with different seating-areas was well maintained and accessable. The nearby little bay and beach were easy to get too and nice for swimming. It was an allover very good experience and we recommand George as a host and his accomo 100%.

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

Amazing apartment at a great location. The beach is in 10 meters and everything you need is at walkable distance. The apartment itself is even bigger in person than in the pictures. :) Alex was very kind and responsive!

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)
